I suspect Haskins is playing, and this is a rather bald attempt at a smokescreen.

LoL exactly.
I finally looked up SIAP (Sorry if Already Posted)
All this time, I thought it meant "Shit in a post"
It just fit too many times, and that's what my mind came up with
I wonder what that says about me lol

Meanwhile Urban Meyer has hired OJ to help him look for the mysterious man in gray who caused this to happen.

Great - does that mean OJ is also gonna help ghostwrite JT's book "If I Was Short"? :P

A true LOL for me - thanks very much!

I hope Wisconsin wins the B1G Championship game, goes to the CFP, and scores some points to become the first B1G to score points in the CFP. Go Badgers!
November 30th, 2017 at 5:57 PM ^
OSU scored a few points when they won it all in 2014.
November 30th, 2017 at 9:07 PM ^
first B1G team to score points in the CFP with a 1st or 2nd string QB!
November 30th, 2017 at 5:57 PM ^
Uh, are we forgetting that OSU won the first CFP?
November 30th, 2017 at 6:02 PM ^
Thanks for saving us from ourselves.
November 30th, 2017 at 6:09 PM ^
Apparently so. I'll call it selective memory. My bad.

Yeah, but we gave up 31 fewer points in doing so.

It's OK, they didn't deserve their spot in the playoffs that year anyways.

don't want either osu or wiscy to win the CFP. Bad, very bad for M recruiting.
Screw them.
November 30th, 2017 at 6:16 PM ^
If OSU gets in, their odds are a lot better than Wiscy's would be. I think that goes without saying. (I said it anyway).
November 30th, 2017 at 6:00 PM ^
Can we sign the cameraman who did this? I hear he is only a 2*, but hits hard and could step in at safety.
November 30th, 2017 at 6:16 PM ^
Though I could see Wisconsin getting destroyed in the CFP. College football, you never know.

thought we had it bagged, then the inexplicable calling off of the dogs. No holding was being called - and that's not a new thing - so the only thing to do was send more than they could hold and yet we did not. Kid throws lasers, as proven by completions on some of the best coverage we've had in two years. The blitz was called for there imo.
November 30th, 2017 at 6:22 PM ^
would be "cleared to play" in one week after undergoing any kind of knee surgery. But to be fair, maybe the MGoDoctors could weigh in on this debate. Otherwise, I would not be surprised that Visigoth State University would clear him to play given the stakes - since winning is all they care about. I hope for JT Barrett's sake, if he does play, that he doesn't experience a career-ending injury as a result of playing.
November 30th, 2017 at 7:07 PM ^
Not an MgoDoc, but this isnt that hard to believe. I had a scope a few years back for a torn menicus and was running in a straight line in about a week. The only reason I wasnt cutting was because of atrpohy of the surrounding muscles (I put the surgery off for months; it is an issue of pain management with ceratin menicus tears). The biggest issue was swelling and I am certain he is receiving top notch care at the OSU med center. I am assuming he has the same type of meniscus injury where they just shave off the torn part as opposed to repair which would be a months long injury.
I could be totally wrong about his injury but it is possible to have a scope and play within a week.

isn't a good QB. Threw a lot of bad picks but Wisconsin defense are so good that it didn't matter. Although, Hornibrook threw two pick sixes against Iowa that kept them in the game until they pulled away at the end
November 30th, 2017 at 6:38 PM ^
I wonder if law enforcement will be able to capture the one-armed (camera)man who killed JT Barrett's meniscus?

called off the "investigation" because they realized their "culprit" might turn out to be a big buckeye fan working for some Ohio town's newspaper.
November 30th, 2017 at 9:40 PM ^
It is really curious how quickly the notion of an investigation was dropped, but I would go even further than your supposition. I think they did figure out who it was and know for sure he was a Buckeye supporter. I also think most of the congestion on the Buckeye sideline that led to the collision were Buckeye fans as well.
November 30th, 2017 at 7:20 PM ^
Wondering how getting bumped by a camera can tear a meniscus? Doesn't a meniscus tear require a twist?
December 1st, 2017 at 10:29 AM ^
From what I understand he was already injured but the infamous bump aggravated it. The whole thing is just weird.
November 30th, 2017 at 7:23 PM ^
JT was so hurt that he managed to rush 15 times in the game before going out. Urban shouldn't have risked JT's NFL career.
November 30th, 2017 at 7:49 PM ^
no real nice way of saying this but he doesnt have much of NFL career to risk. maybe some team decides to keep him around the facility as emergency QB or see what he can do at RB. but even then its unlikely he lasts long. his skills and value dont translate too well to NFL game. another outstanding college player with little chance of pro success

This actually says a lot for Meyer's system. They can plug in guy after guy that would never even have a sniff at the NFL and not miss a beat. Even 2nd and 3rd stringers. They just have to be supremely athletic.
That makes it a great college system. It's not Andrew Luck or bust.
I'm just saying.

JOK almost led Michigan to a victory against ohio ... so ohio isn't very good. If Wisconsin's receivers make the same plays they did against us - then Wisconsin will score. The question is can Wisconsin shut down the QB scrambles. If they just line up and play - I think UW wins.
Plus I heard Barry Alverez is going to be the head referee .. fuck you ohio !
