Are you kidding me? It would've been a bigger shitshow with Speight at the helm. He's good for at least 2 turnovers a game and couldn't have dodged ten different sacks tonight that O'Korn did. Jesus the idea of Speight just won't completely die will it? Jesus start peters already and prepare for the future. I said this was either going to be a great game by O'Korn or a horrendous one. Fuck the asshole who negged me for that shit. I'm right more than any other idiot in this blog.

JOK panics as soon as his first read isn't open or if the pocket collapses even slightly. Half his sacks were his fault because he panicked and just ran into the line. He also threw picks on 3 consecutive passes and missed several open throws

Speight isn't great, but I can see why he started. Don't even start with Peters. He's the 4th best QB on this team right now

get jay harbaugh and tim drevno out of ann arbor. The fumbling issues from our running backs is ridiculous. Our O-line is at the level of a MAC school and we cannot get a push. Our QBs are garbage and cannot read a defense. fuck tim drevno, fuck jay harbaugh, and fuck jim harbaugh if he sticks with his two buddies.

We lost Jedd Fisch, and we are lost.  This is as bad as Brady Hoke offense ever was.  Neg me all you want, but there is no imagination whatsoever on the offensive side of the ball. Shame on us.  Shame on Jim Harbaugh for this abomination of an offense.  We are not a contender.

Our offense isn't great, and the weather made it increasingly harder for them today being behind when it started pouring. The game comes down to a few plays (not getting a TD first drives, early fumbles) and Michigan was forced to play catch up in poor conditions.

With the exception of Purdue.... QB performance overall has been shoddy...

Starting to wonder about Pep.

The worst offensive gameplan I've ever witnessed. Getting a lead was absolutely critical before the rain.

I think the wr core is worse than the OL. DPJ gets worked by physical corners. Crawford is only good at blocking; he sucks at route running and can't catch. McDoom can't catch shit. Perry is decent, At least the OL has two decent players in Cole and Bredeson. Brian's preseason projections this season were as inaccurate as they've been since Rich Rod.

Agree. We just have no “dudes” on O. The 3 RBs all have their issues (Evans goes down too easily, can’t pass block, Higdon can’t pass block, fumbles, Isaac isn’t fast enough). Then the WRs are all young. I think they have promise, but not enough experience. Black was approaching dude status and Perry could get there, but isn’t targeted enough. Even on the OL. Cole gets beat by a former walk-on. Contrast that with the D that has 5-6 “dudes” at least.

Was only so long before we got exposed for an L. In Harbaugh I still trust but damn it was hard to watch MSU celebrate on our turf after a fucking bye week. Goddamn, shit, fuck ....

I never got over the back-to-back fades on the first series. It didn't make sense at the time and still doesn't now.

We were running it ok, actually, and then just started to abandon it. Not saying we should have stuck with the run no matter what, but at that time, the run and a few selective non-fade passes would have been fine. There's a big playbook and fades weren't needed.

In the second half I thought at some point late in the 3rd quarter they would turn O'Korn loose on the option or a few designed QB runs, etc, but I suppose we may not have practiced that much.

Basically didn't see us "grasping at straws" trying to select the most intelligent play for every down. Yeah of course McDoom and others should have made a few plays, but we shouldn't have been in that position. A few better play calls would have made a big difference.

MSU coached well to always go for the fumble strip...felt our guys were not ready for that either.

Throw to our 6'-7" tight end on a post route in the red zone. Fades only work when perfectly thrown which neither Speight nor O'korn are apparently capable of doing.

Everybody knows with the approaching storm you need to score with urgency before the storm arrives.

Where was the urgency? Especially in the first half.

I still think we cruise to a win if Issac held on to the damn ball in the first quarter. Before, a balanced attack was carving State up. After, bupkis.

No. Bullshit. First, everyone on here was so overconfident of a win and now one play changed the whole game? A game where we had a QB throw 3 INT. Uh. No. These are the kind of hot takes that give the entire fanbase here a negative image. You know, the arrogant Michigan fans who are full of themselves when not winning shit. Come on. Wake the fuck up. JOK is not good. Never was. And Harbaugh deserves the blame too. He has a losing record against our biggest rivals and is supposed to be an offensive guru as well as the QB whisperer. Why the fuck was Peters not in the game after it was clear JOK didn't have it?
