I predicted 7-5 after Northwestern. I'm the worst.

UM-MSU pregame incident — MSU was 10 min late taking field for warmup. UM was already on field (allowed at 10 am). MSU players w arms locked “clotheslined” Lawrence Marshall and Devin Bush. Ripped off Lavert Hill’s earphones. “That’s a game management issue”

— UM’s Dave Ablauf

Fuck them. Devin Bush still treated the midfield logo logo than the MSU athletes treating women.

10/20/2018 - 10:47am Gnarly!

10/14/2018 - 4:15pm Harbaugh knew the key to…

Harbaugh knew the key to last year was to beat MSU through the air and that is what he planned for. Unfortunately, last year was a monsoon with the worst Michigan QB of the 21st century.

I would expect Harbaugh to air-raid this Saturday.

10/14/2018 - 4:14pm The Penn State game is…

The Penn State game is perfect. We got Sparty thinking they are the shit after beating a James Franklin coached team without Saquon Barkley and Joe Moorhead. Too bad MSU forgot their lost to a HERM coached team and at home to a NW team with NINE rushing yards.

MSU's hot takes are a lot like their DBs, out of position.

This is not a big ten champion caliber team. Michigan is probably going to be 7-5 this year. Still too undisciplined on both sides of the ball.

We are going to diarrhea all over Nebraska this week with these two playing.

There is no way James Hudson is worse than Runyan. Jr looked out of his league.

The five "offensive linemen" are going to get our QB's killed.

Seems we need to recruit more 6'2 3* corners.

09/01/2018 - 9:00pm Now get a fucking stop.

Don't rough the passer.

Well that wasn't the start I wanted.

09/01/2018 - 8:36am People talk about how much…

People talk about how much Rob Parker sucks (and I agree 100%), however Shannon Sharpe is no better. Honestly, if you ever watch his show with Skip, the only thing he seems to have good knowledge in is the NFL (due to him playing in it). Outside of that, he has no analytical skills in different sports or leagues.

Michigan lost 19 starters last year, the media around predicted an 8-4, 9-3 season, and with our 3rd string QB, went 8-5.

I know these "analysts" on these shows are they're to just get on people's nerves, but it still irks me how people can act so confident about things they know nothing about. I don't watch Michigan Hockey, so I am not going to go into a Hockey thread this year, proclaim numerous predictions that are unsupported, and basically hold my dick out to the rest of the world.

Probably half.

I was just thinking for regular season. I don't know what the matchups would be for the championship game or post-season, so it is hard to say.

07/31/2018 - 8:14pm Fair enough. 12-0 is the…

Fair enough. 12-0 is the absolute ceiling (counting on Shea staying healthy and the O-Line taking a substantial step forwards AND OSU struggling throughout the season). I'd rank the likelihood of loss with the following

1. OSU

2. MSU

3. Wisconsin

4. Notre Dame

5. Penn State

07/31/2018 - 8:05pm As long as Dantonio is there…

As long as Dantonio is there, MSU will be a toss-up. The key to beating MSU is a quarterback who can take advantage of the aggressive style of the MSU defense. If Patterson can withstand the pressure from MSU and pick pocket the safety play of MSU, Michigan should come away with a victory.

I would put OSU still a lean loss. OSU's recruiting classes have been ridiculous and I actually fear Haskins more than Barrett. However, from 2016 and 2017, we have seen Harbaugh lay it all on the line for OSU, so I am still cautiously optimistic.

07/31/2018 - 8:01pm Michigan's floor is likely 9…

Michigan's floor is likely 9-3, with a ceiling of 12-0.

There is too much talent on defense for this D not to be able to go into ND, MSU, or OSU and set the tempo early until our offense catches it's rhythm. The offense returns its core from last year, as well as a QB that is formidable for big ten play. I expect the passing game to take a relatively strong leap forward this year with not only Shea, but the returning of our WR's and TE's.

The time is now. The schedule is hard, but Michigan has the talent and coaching to make a run for the college football playoff. We have the recruiting classes, the coaching, and the will to make this a season to remember.

Happy Posbang!

Also Lebron deserves better.

05/16/2018 - 6:16pm Ohio State is the better

Ohio State is the better football program, both historically and presently.

I agree, Joel Klatt, along with Chris Speilman are two of the best color commentators in college football.

you want MSU to hire from a different school?? Even .... scUM!?!?!?!

Very bad! We are MSU! We don't need some arrogant asses from other schools to tell us what to do!

The Lions came out in support of Patricia:…

"He was 21 at the time and on spring break in Texas"

I don't really like that quote and that gives me concerns. It seems as if the Lions are going the whole "Boys will be Boys" route, blaming him for being young and stupid.

"Young and stupid" is getting a MIP walking down state street because you puked on a cop. It is not sexually assaulting someone.

Obviously, this does not prove or disprove the allegation, but that statement could've been prepared a much better way.

05/09/2018 - 8:48am Also, as someone who knows a

Also, as someone who knows a ton of people who went to U of M while he played here, Shane was seen as quite arrogant and unlikeable to a large portion of the student body, which is a shame they thought because the vast-vast majority of them were very cool guys.

05/02/2018 - 11:32am Oh I do not dispute that at

Oh I do not dispute that at all so thanks for bringing that up. I think there can be a happy balance for which we do not dissuade boys and girls from picking up hobbies not stereotypically dominated by a particular gender, while at the same time allowing boys and girls to have environments for which they can built positive relationships with those of the same gender.

05/02/2018 - 10:56am I agree

Unfortunately, I think people have taken gender equality to mean that "men and women are exactly the same" rather than "men and women are equal in worth, and each gender's contributions should be respected". It is simple, boys and girls are different in respect to developmental stages and how their brains are wired. I think it is importants for boys at this formative age to have an environment which promotes healthy male interraction with one another.

04/22/2018 - 8:45pm Mistakes are "Holy shit, we

Mistakes are "Holy shit, we drafted Jamarcus Russell, the guy has not work ethic. We fucked up."

Mistakes are not threatening the lives of people. Individuals who act in such a way need serious help.

If he doesn't come back I'll poop on a fence.

04/18/2018 - 4:27pm I haven't really been paying

I haven't really been paying attention to this situation, but i'd assume this is good.

04/18/2018 - 1:16pm It seriously makes no sense.

It seriously makes no sense. Joe Bachie is likely an All-American candidate next year. I don't really see where Jon Reschke fits in the LB rotation for Dantonio.

04/17/2018 - 3:15pm I think the sky began to fell

I think the sky began to fell due to Michigan losing games for which they shouldn't have lost. For instance, MSU lost just as many starters as UM last year, and yet MSU was able to come into Michigan, and basically control the entire game. Afterwards, the USC collapse in the Outback Bowl raised even more eyebrows, for which the team went completely nuclear, with some people even scratching their head about Don Brown's decision.

It was one thing to lose to teams such as PSU, Wisc, and OSU. These were more experienced teams as well as on the road (PSU and Wisky). However, for the first time in a while, there seemed to be grand incompetence on the offensive side of the ball, which (luckily) prompted changes.

While I'm cautious, I am optimistic for 2018. If Michigan can clean up its QB play (as well as Pass protection), I can envision a double-digit win total next year as well.

As always, Go Blue!
