Look up the definition of thought police and try again. It is not necessarily government regulation of one's thoughts.

Yeah, that part really affected your life. That's why you couldn't let it go.

Why not? The article tells us more about the man.

01/10/2018 - 7:36pm What's the worst that can

What's the worst that can happen to this franchise? They were never going to win anything meaningful will Caldwell as coach, so what exactly do they have to lose?

01/04/2018 - 10:24pm Breaking Bad is probably my

Breaking Bad is probably my favorite show of all time, GOT might be #2. Writing was kinda spotty for season 7, it was very exciting but you can tell we're getting toward the end and they're rushing to finish the story when characters and ravens are practically teleporting to a different location immediately.

TWD used to be up there but the show has gone downhill fast in the last season and a half. The writing is awful, characters do things that just don't make sense. I may give up on it.

Haven't seen the Wire, I will get to it since so many people say its either their favorite or 2nd favorite show.

01/01/2018 - 8:26pm Same problem, though. With

Same problem, though. With our OL, he better put some muscle weight on, and be able to avoid direct hits. I have no confidence in our Oline's ability to keep our QB's healthy.

01/01/2018 - 5:13pm This wins the most

This wins the most enlightenimg comment of the day award.

01/01/2018 - 4:39pm No, and if Shea is illegible

No, and if Shea is illegible it has to be McCaffrey. It cannot be the noodle-armed, indecisive, immobile, lock on to your #1 receiver Brandon Peters. He is Wilton Speight 2.0, at best.

01/01/2018 - 3:15pm Welp, I've almost given up

Welp, I've almost given up hope of Michigan ever being relevant again - i.e. winning a Big Ten title, getting in the playoff, etc.

Harbaugh probably won't fire this offensive staff and they'll go 8-4 or worse next season. That'll seal it for me.

01/01/2018 - 1:32pm Playcalling, QB, offensive

Playcalling, QB, offensive line, wide receivers, they're all garbage. Fire every offensive coach. Enough.

01/01/2018 - 12:26pm So sick of watching UM and

So sick of watching UM and the Lions' horrid offensive lines this season. So awful.

01/01/2018 - 12:21pm Robbins is so bad. There has

Robbins is so bad. There has to be a better option next season.

01/01/2018 - 11:53am They have nothing to lose -

They have nothing to lose - they weren't gonna win anything of consequence with this guy. Period. Aim higher. Beating only bad teams and losing literally every big game against a good team isn't good enough.

01/01/2018 - 11:49am Caldwell couldn't win a

Caldwell couldn't win a playoff game in 4 years and wasn't going to win any if he remained as coach, so no, he wasn't "your guy". His ceiling is sneaking into the playoffs as a wildcard and getting bounced in the 1st round.

12/10/2017 - 1:50pm Are you trolling or just

Are you trolling or just don't know anything about football?

12/10/2017 - 1:47pm Another Ed Hochuli debacle.

Another Ed Hochuli debacle. This musclebound idiot always trys to screw the Lions over, but Caldwell's challenge prevented it. He caught the ball, had possession, took several steps, and the hit was a clean shoulder to shoulder hit.

12/04/2017 - 7:31pm Sigh. Sometimes I understand

Sigh. Sometimes I understand why people hate this fanbase. Go ahead, neg me to oblivion.

12/04/2017 - 7:26pm Fire back by winning the

Fire back by winning the game. Don't feed into their whole "disrespect thing".

12/03/2017 - 1:52pm Well then no one should

Well then no one should follow this team until Martha dies. It seems they have a decent GM, trust him to make the decisions.

12/03/2017 - 1:06pm Go Ravens. I don't want the

Go Ravens. I don't want the Lions even sniffing the playoffs. Their ceiling under Caldwell is barely getting in as a wildcard and getting beat in round 1.

I want Caldwell gone. I'm sick of his terrible game management. I'm sick of his unwarranted arrogance toward the Lion's beat writers. The guy acts like he's Bill Belichick and has won 5 Super Bowls, so his decisions can't be questioned. I'm sick of it.

12/03/2017 - 12:57pm Oh, he realizes it by now.

Oh, he realizes it by now. And now desperate Ken will try to make Blashill his scapegoat. But it doesn't matter much who the coach is because this roster is a disaster.

Ken Holland has been in "let's just get in the playoffs and pretend we have a chance so that I can keep my job" mode for years. He either doesn't have the creativity or the will to rebuild this team into a championship contender again. Or both.

Can't draft. Can't get good free agents to come here. Overpays his own mediocre players killing their roster flexibility.

Once a GM wins a championship in this town, he wins enough goodwill to coast and be terrible for a decade or so. Same thing happened with Dumars. It's what we do here.

I just hope Chris Illitch is smart enough to finally realize that Holland has to go. I'm not so sure. I question his commitment to winning. I really worry about the future of the Tigers and Red Wings with him in charge.

11/25/2017 - 2:34pm Right? Why did it take them

Right? Why did it take them so long to signal TD, he was easily in. Ridiculous.

11/25/2017 - 11:56am Welp, O'Korn playing kills

Welp, O'Korn playing kills any chance of U of M even being competitive in this game.

Prediction: 38-0 OSU

11/21/2017 - 12:49pm You've got as good of a

You've got as good of a chance of me coming in to lead us to a win.

11/20/2017 - 7:52pm Its this type of attitude,

Its this type of attitude, the unwarranted arrogance and entitlement, that make others hate the Michigan fanbase. but I think it is a problem because it probably permeates the program as well. How do you make a lame excuse while being arrogant at the same time?

3-17 against our 2 biggest rivals. 1-18 as an underdog since 2012. Haven't won the Big Ten in 14 years.

Stop making excuses. We are not special. We don't beat anyone good. This cannot be explained away as "Every team considers us a rival". We are the 5th or 6th best program in the Big Ten.

11/20/2017 - 6:54pm Honestly I question whether

Honestly I question whether Michigan should throw the ball even once against OSU. Let's make sure this offensive line doesn't literally get a QB killed. I wish I was joking.

11/19/2017 - 1:32pm Based on history? The last 10

Based on history? The last 10 years or so, when we havent won a damn thing of consequence?

11/19/2017 - 1:29pm There was nothing wrong with

There was nothing wrong with the hit that hurt Peters. Just stop, this is why people hate us as a fanbase.

11/18/2017 - 3:46pm Most of our offensive coaches

Most of our offensive coaches should be in danger of losing their job. Seriously.

The play calling and the pass blocking of the OL are embarrassingly bad. Heads should roll, and Harbaugh needs to take a look in the mirror and re-evaluate what they are doing offensively, as well.

Whatever it was they were teaching or trying to do this season, it didn't work.

11/18/2017 - 1:13pm I don't know, maybe beat a

I don't know, maybe beat a decent team and win 9 games like MSU is going to do? Sick of excuses. Young teams show improvement.

11/18/2017 - 1:00pm Being a RS freshman turns

Being a RS freshman turns your arm into a noodle? News to me.

The guy looks like me trying to throw the football.

10/22/2017 - 11:50am When they have Michigan

When they have Michigan repeatingly throwing the ball in the monsoon? Yes.

10/21/2017 - 12:21pm 24-10 Penn State.

24-10 Penn State.

10/15/2017 - 11:46am It doesn't tell me anything

It doesn't tell me anything because I don't trust the judgment of any of the offensive coaches on this team. Why should we? We've seen regression at virtually every position group on offense so far this season

10/15/2017 - 11:32am If our offense is too

If our offense is too complicated for our younger QBs to learn and run, then we'll always have a serious problem when our QB graduates or gets injured. Run a less complicated offense.

10/10/2017 - 11:08pm Well, considering many of us

Well, considering many of us were worried that a low ceiling QB like Speight again won the job this season and he proceeded to validate our concerns with mediocre play, he'd better not win the job next season.

If McCaffrey or Peters aren't better options than Speight next year, then Harbaugh is either bad at scouting QBs or bad at coaching them.

I question whether Speight ever plays again. Cracked vertebrae in your neck or spine is serious stuff.

10/10/2017 - 10:50pm Help for what? Winning the

Help for what? Winning the Big Ten? We're too young and don't have a QB who's ready. And MSU will lose more than twice, they'll probably lose Saturday to Minnesota. They aren't ready yet, either.

10/08/2017 - 3:21pm And of course after a

And of course after a horrendous UM loss, when I need to rely on a Lions team that has played well this season to salvage my football weekend, the Same Old Lions return. Fuck both of these teams.

10/08/2017 - 1:50pm And on the rare occasion when

And on the rare occasion when a WR is open, they can't catch the ball.

10/08/2017 - 1:52am I'm 45, if I used a time

I'm 45, if I used a time machine to go back 20 years to tell myself my fervent wish as a UM fan in 2017 is to someday win our fair share of games against MSU again, 25 year old me would be stunned and dismayed.

10/08/2017 - 1:45am Yep, I also saw that guy

Yep, I also saw that guy avoid sacks that Speight wouldn't have. But many times he bailed out of the pocket too quickly. I'm not really defending O'Korn, I just doubt Speight would've done much better, or done enough to win the game.

10/08/2017 - 1:29am OL hasn't been good in 10

OL hasn't been good in 10 years or so. I'm losing hope, His Dudeness.

10/08/2017 - 1:01am Agreed, better go back to

Agreed, better go back to recruiting dual threat QBs, as I'm losing hope that I'll ever see a Michigan O-line that can protect the QB again.

10/08/2017 - 12:59am Its both OL and QB. These

Its both OL and QB. These guys are 4 star recruits. Apparently that's the best that Michigan can do. 4 star guys should be good enough. So better go back to recruiting dual threat QBs if our O-line is always gonna be garbage.

10/08/2017 - 12:26am It sounds ridiculous, I

It sounds ridiculous, I agree, but were you watching the game? Both O and D were playing well until that fumble. Then the momentum immediately shifted and Michigan never fully recovered.
