Walton and Irvin are just determined.

Wagner in foul trouble?  No problem - stand up DJ!

Can't hit threes? DJ and Irvin, take it to the hole!

What a gutty effort, against a very good Purdue team.

This team is so damn much fun to watch!  Go Blue!!!

I wasn't able to watch - what is known about Wagner's back issue?  Big guy with a possible back problem - how much do I hate that.

Reminds me of the Speight shoulder.

Been playing as well as any team outside the top 10 for the past 2-3 weeks now. All losses have been close heartbreakers / overtime nailbiters, and most wins have been definitive.

Getting an 8/9 seed for the tourney will be completely unjust at this point.  This team is playing like a 4 or 5 seed right now, and even if we look at the whole body of work, they at worst deserve a 7 seed.

Lunardi and the other talking heads need to update the bracket accordingly.  And if I'm a 1 or 2 seed that has to face a Michigan team that can now play defense, I'd be shitting my pants....especially knowing how hot we can get behind the arc.

Once we got the lead at the end, especially in light of Northwestern, you knew that there was no way they weren't going to seal the deal. HAIL!

A tactical genius and savant on the offensive side of the ball.  Once the team found some grit and started playing defense, you start to see how effective his system and schemes can be.

Give Beilein, Calipari's, Roy Williams or Self's roster, and they'd be scoring 95 a game playing beautiful basketball.  We just don't recruit that way and I'm fine so long as we get fringe 4 star guys that stay for 3 years and develop instead of empty classes full of 2 and 3 star unknowns.

wilson has some beast in him - long, athletic kid and decent shooter with versatile game and improving awareness and D.  hes dangerous when he splits time / effort bw perimeter and post and cuts it loose on both ends.  been fun to watch wilson improve, hopefully the postseason propels him into offseason and then next year.  5 with grown mans game!

its amazing what happens when guys threaten the rim, move on O, make cuts with purpose, take advantage of FT line, etc, and dont just continually settle for 3s.  and its a beautiful thing when rahk isnt the only 1 going for and winning 50/50 balls and doing the little things, the dude always balls out for 30 mins (or whatever he plays).  irvin (who hasnt always played 100% balls out selfless 2 way ball) had nice hustle plays, key boards, etc in addition to few big buckets, walton overcame early TOs and poor shooting to lead his guys, the fellas attacked the glass, etc - just a great team win, they earned it.  thrilled (and slightly surprised) to see beilein T'd up for backing his guys, good for him

I've been busy doing chores around the house for the last 3 hours, or so. Completely forgot about the game. Boy, am I sorry now. Way to go, young men—you've done us all proud. Hail to you Victors! GO BLUE!!!

Just want to point out that after that dismal home loss to Ohio State where many (including myself) were openly calling for Beilein to be fired or at least put on a very hot seat, Michigan has lost 2 games.

- 1 of those was an outright robbery in which the opposing team shot 10 more FTs than a team has ever shot against a Beilein team.

- 1 of those was won on a 90 foot baseball pass that was perfectly thrown.

Both of those games were on the road.

We are most likely the hottest team in the country.
