Hes done it for silents before. The mention of cold weather is a reference to crouch. It means nothing that hes announcing at the AA game.

11/15/2018 - 4:09pm WowWowWow

Big tell there…

WowWowWow

Big tell there. I think Brown is a little more accepting of looking stupid so its not quite sam's gut.

EDIT: Meant to reply to the post below with Brandon Brown tweet alluded to Crouch committing

11/15/2018 - 2:09pm I know its Dakic but I think…

I know its Dakic but I think we all assume this will be happening. That will lead to Karlaftis de-commit from Purdue and commit to the good guys.

At that point should we be concerned how that will affect Harrison's recruitment or just shut up and be happy for a 5*?

11/12/2018 - 12:04pm the bigXII SUCKSSSSSSS…

the bigXII SUCKSSSSSSS. Oklahoma lost to Texas. Michigan lost to an undefeated Notre Dame the first week. I would downvote you OP if I could.

11/09/2018 - 3:35pm I didnt look it up but I bet…

I didnt look it up but I bet Gary's hello post said something like "likely to start his career at the anchor position before moving to DT where he should become 1st team AA and top 10 NFL pick".

11/09/2018 - 9:45am The most interesting thing…

The most interesting thing in the post is that Kansas made it to the orange bowl. Guessing thats when they had aquib talib.

As far as him going to Kansas, I doubt it. How many times has this guy had to change jobs/move in the past 5 years? HCs usually get longer leashes than coordinators but the chances of being successful at Kansas are minimal.

His greatest strength is coaching the Oline. Can he coach the Oline with the same success rate while being a head coach? Doubtful

win out and Michigan is in. chill out.

Georgia aint beating Bama in the SEC title game. NO SHOT.

11/06/2018 - 11:51am I pulled the info together…

I pulled the info together in about 30 min. I was curious on my own and thought I would share.

I forgot about the talent composite.

AVG Team Composite

Wow

11/06/2018 - 8:59am You are pointing out 1 SEC…

You are pointing out 1 SEC team. The SEC usually has double digit amount of teams in the top 30 of recruiting.

Are you saying kids get the ratings bump for choosing USC(not that USC), Missouri, and Kentucky?

11/05/2018 - 10:11pm no one plays difficult non…

no one plays difficult non conference games anymore. I agree that would be the best way to tell.

11/05/2018 - 5:03pm Its not just stars though. I…

Its not just stars though. I am giving points for conferences having a team in the top 30 of recruiting rankings.

I get that if conference A has 30 teams and conference B has 10 and both have 5 then B is better even though they would be graded equally. I get that. But comparing power 5 conferences with heavy in conference scheduling is different.

11/05/2018 - 4:16pm Hows Rutgers recruiting…

Hows Rutgers recruiting going? Go away.

11/05/2018 - 4:15pm No you're half baked. The…

No you're half baked. The conference. Evaluating the conference. Specifically when it comes to determining the strength of conference around the conversation of who deserves to be in the playoffs.

11/05/2018 - 4:13pm all but one of those teams…

all but one of those teams play in the west division. And again your missing the point I did this to evaluate the entire conference by identifying the conference that brings in the most/best talent. If a team that is all 3*s like Iowa wins the B1G they overcame a really challenging conference.

Side note: its laughable the teams some of you are bringing up. Do you want to win conference championships and compete for the playoffs? Or do you want to pat yourself on the back for being a scrappy, overachieving, talent deficient team?

11/05/2018 - 4:07pm There are way more teams in…

There are way more teams in the SEC that recruit at a high level than the BIGXII. Congrats Texas and Oklahoma your game is the only tough game in the conference.

16 10 20 100 teams it doesnt matter.

11/05/2018 - 3:21pm I think its more talent rich…

I think its more talent rich areas than recruiting coverage. Florida Texas and California are not right next to each other.

11/05/2018 - 3:11pm I dont disagree with what…

I dont disagree with what you are saying but as I mentioned in the beginning I look at starz. I also pointed out the biggest outlier in USC on my own.

I think the overall ability to recruit shows strength in the conference. So if a Wisconsin comes out as the B1G champion its ok they dont recruit well. The conference does. I am not evaluating individual teams just the conference.

And frankly I did it out of curiosity and boredom.

11/05/2018 - 10:20am His CB is similar to Sam's…

His CB is similar to Sam's gut to me. Steve does not like to put in a CB unless he feels very solid because of blow back for being wrong. I dont think he ever put in a pick for Najee.

Im guessing the coaching staff cooled on him because he has been very pro michigan and I think even visited recently. Very strange.

dont care Im saying it... Im not pumped about this 3* with the number of spots left in the class.

Not much of a gambler but isnt this something that happens sometimes close to games when a lot of money came in for 1 team?

Like Vegas is trying to bring in some last minute money on PSU.

Was already planning on it

11/01/2018 - 9:36am Have you looked at the ACC…

Have you looked at the ACC standings and records? Use history and common opponents or cross conference games for this year to understand how much the ACC stinks.

Joel Klatt has become the best college football talking head and its not even close.

10/26/2018 - 2:33pm Theres only one guy on that…

Theres only one guy on that list that fans probably rolled their eyes at. And he had a very unique basketball situation.

The other guys were all looked at as being underrated or package deals like the Flanagan trio or Dwumfour for Rashan.

Is it great that those underrated guys are performing at a higher level? Yes, but they aren't the 3 stars Harbaugh and staff were getting crap for.

Runyan was a legacy so its generous to give Harbaugh credit for finding a diamond in the rough there.

My favorite is Zach Charbonnet... BEAST.

Gray may have thought he would be the featured back in the class but then saw zach's rankings go up and saw some tape.

10/24/2018 - 12:01pm I am 100% ok with him…

I am 100% ok with him sitting out. check my past comments if you want proof.

MY POINT IS HARBAUGH HAD TO KNOW WHAT WAS BEING SAID.Think about all the insiders that were trying to get info on Rashan. You dont think he could have handled it better so that Rashan's MOTHER didn't have to be the one to tell it how it is so people shut the fuck up and stop questioning his character.

10/24/2018 - 11:29am I cant remember verbatim but…

I cant remember verbatim but didnt Harbaugh say something like "Rashan decided he couldnt play"? Gas meet Fire

Whats the difference with Tarik's broken foot and his time frame? Are you upset we knew info on that?

10/24/2018 - 10:33am I'd say its also on the…

I'd say its also on the staff. This is college football not the NFL. You dont have to be Bill Belichick and be coy about injuries to beat fucking Maryland.

10/22/2018 - 12:56pm Kind of tired of this topic…

Kind of tired of this topic. I think he plays again.

If we only consider his draft stock in making his decision. I think him coming back a performing bad would have a greater impact on his draft stock than coming back and getting injured unless its something crazy severe. Jaylon Smith had his knee issue and was drafted in the second. I shoulder injury is far less concerning. I would say late first is his floor no matter what.

The only way to improve his stock is to play but is it worth the risk? I think when you add in other factors like competing for a B1G Championship, beating OSU and competing in the playoffs the answer is a resounding YES. But that is my opinion.

10/20/2018 - 11:52am Makes sense to get the best…

Makes sense to get the best final four and the best product for the fans.

Stanford would be extremely pissed in this scenario and the conference will protect the conference over inviting a 1 loss Alabama team to come stomp their elected champion.

10/18/2018 - 2:20pm about time... they should be…

about time... they should be allowed to be drafted now and stashed in the G league too.

I am a big NO on paying college athletes. Every professional league should allow 18 year olds instead of pushing them to college.

I understand that is difficult with the nature of football. Just because it is allowed doesnt mean teams will be drafting true freshman. Use the NHL approach where they can stay in school but still be paid into escrow.

There are number of factors helping on the field too.

Only 1 new starter on the Oline. Ruiz im counting as he started at guard last half/quarter of season. So all should be improved this year. Runyun def seems improved and Warinner deserves credit for that.

Wrs are improved. see the mass exodus of JR Wrs.

And Shea. A mobile QB. And good.

Can we chill with this? Did no one read the preview? Their D-line isnt all world. Im not saying he hasnt done great but the praise is a little over the top.

If he can get the C/G's to pick up twists next week I will start throwing out the L word.
