Content here decreased by quite a bit a few years back.
I paid for a 247 account around then and havent regretted it. I think there are some issues with it though. I think they could use someone with some fire to supplement Sam.
Ive had short stints with On3. I think both Balas and EJ get overly criticized. It is more message board dramatics over there.
The writing here is the best. UFRs are my favorite piece of sport coverage in general. Opponent watch, fe fi fo, previews, recaps, all better than anything else.

I agree here. I am both here and 247, alternating. The way I tend to break them down is:
- the homepage content here is far more useful, detailed and insightful
- the boards at 247 are a lot more active with nuance topics.
that last bullet isn’t me ripping this board (I’m clearly here now and have got more upvotes than down), but I just feel both provide a balance and/or fill the void of the other.
*Also, a subscription to 247 comes with free Showtime and Paramount+, so that alone is a massive win.

I think it actually calls Balas' claims into question. If Petitti presented "overwhelming evidence" during his meeting with Santa, then of course they would fire Stalions immediately.

Probably semantics. Sometimes people are given the ‘resign or be fired’ ultimatum. Either way, Stallions didnt have a job here anymore

I think the distinction is significant here. A low-level staffer wouldn't be given the opportunity to resign or be fired. He would just be fired. The "resign or be fired" ultimatum is typically reserved for higher-ups.
