Well, they beat Michigan in 2014, so there is some precedent.  But that's pre-Harbaugh.

A top talent in NJ has a rough time of it if they want to stay close to home.  Rutgers may be the highest-profile football program in the state, and that's only because they're a member of the B1G.  Otherwise, it's Princeton and I'm not sure who else.
