Not really. An osu loss does nothing for us. We still have to win. This is a game where you look for weaknesses and root for a meteor.

Disagree. I root for an Ohio State loss and a Penn State win over Rutgers. That would essentially end any chance of a championship for Ohio State. I can't stand Penn State either but keeping Ohio State out helps in the big picture I think and when/if we beat them next week they will get a worse bowl game than they otherwise would and we would be headed to Indianapolis. Every game matters.

Even if we win and OSU/PSU lose this week, we still need to beat OSU to win the B1G. THat being said, I'm rooting for MSU to win, or at least have continued success like they have so far. OSU has looked dominant these past two weeks so it'll be nice to see them struggle with a team and have some flaws re-emerge.

An OSU loss does not help us short term.

It does help us big picture though. It knocks OSU out of the incessant CFP talk. It will be the second year in a row that they are guaranteed to miss the CFP and the Big Ten championship.

They would not be the inevitable champions they are perceived to be now. Could help recruiting against them.
