It might be a Michigan player only colorway of the IVs. Someone who replied to that tweet said they get a pair made like this every other year.

I'm not an expert at deciphering cryptic Twitter posts by equipment guys, but the presence of a football helmet/football and the football field-like floor design would seem to suggest that it's related to the gridiron.
