but i think moreso with the coaching staff maybe. rushing the field goal team on the field with 4 mins left, up 4 points, with time outs? its easy to point this out now but normally we always take a time out if the staff isn't sure abou making a decision, thats why they were late lining up.
the bigger problem is our offense has been very predictable. this was the 2nd game in a row that DB's were jumping the snap count just like wisconsin last week. thats pretty bad when you have a safety jumping the count. i haven't looked for any stats but we probably run 80% of the time on 1st down. the last 2 D's we faced looked almost like how michigan plays their front 7. if we play like last night on offense um is going leave cbus with a win. i think it will be close and epic game, but i'm afraid um pulls it out if it isn't a blow out.
PS- to all the psu fans, please quit with the BIG conference conspiracy that the refs intentionally screw psu. you got all of them back last night.

Then he casually says we can just beat Michigan like it's an after thought. The young Bucks have zero respect for The Game and I understand why, we are going to need to win a few of these games or they will laugh while they casually say they will beat Michigan. They should be saying about the season not being over. "Whats worse is we still have to play UM" and "after watching that game were in for a world of shit." very much like the psycho private at the end of basic training in the movie Full Metal Jacket.

but in the defense of osu fans, why should we think anything different? you truly can't tell how good you are compared to another team until you actually play them. i never thought wisconsin was truly that good till we played . leading up to the game gainst osu, wisconsin hadn't really faced a greal offensive team. then they lose their best LB Beigle you would think they couldn't hang with osu. wisconsin looke a lot faster on D against osu then they looked in ann arbor imo. i mean how much better can you get in 2 weeks with a bye? last night is a reminder to all, if things go right or bad for you at crucial times any team can win on any given day.
sadly i congratulate the psu players and coaching staff they deserve. look on the bright side Franklin may get a contract extension if he hasn't already, so we have that. like i said i'm here to eat my crow.

That hasn't been my experience at all. Fans of schools outside the conference almost always have good things to say about our fanbase.
And the "He didn't go to college" line (which I agree is unfair) is a pretty common insult. When MSU fans speak of "Walmart Wolverines," what do you think they are referring to?

isn't just a canard. I'll admit I'm arrogant -- I think my school and football team's great in terms of what it has achieved. But that doesn't mean I think OSU fans are a lower breed of person. (And no, most M fans don't think that either, but there's a notable segment who say things like that, including in this thread.)
As for "not your experience," well, look at any comment board on a national website when they do a Michigan story. Those aren't all Buckeyes and Spartans trolling. (Those sites know a Michigan story will attract lots of M fans, and probably five times as many M haters.) It's why teams like Illinois think we're their biggest rival. It's why we show up in random states on maps like this:

As for the "you didn't go to school there" argument, yes, I think it's dumb when applied to any school. I'm not inconsistent about that, so I'm not sure why you're bringing it up. I was mostly responding to the comments about "inbreeding" and "he's a lower."

fans that are ridiculous in their bias. i just don't think the confidence you see from osu fans in recent years is because of bias . urban meyer is 55-5 @ osu, won a national championship along the way as well.
