Dear Leader now an official draw
Just got my notice from the Alumni Association for the annual Official AAUM Homecoming tailgate, and lo and behold who is listed as a "special guest"?
"Appearances by special guests including: University President Mark Schlissel, MGoBlog creator Brian Cook, and New York Times bestseller John U Bacon."
Dear Leader has now gone mainstream. Cue the Ric Flair "Stylin & Profilin" gifs..

Could it be true that he's right now in New York City?
As it is, I've been hearing reports that the Pope requested a meeting with "that great bearded Western leader"
...during planning for his current trip to the Americas. What he got instead of his wishes was a meeting with this guy:
...in Cuba.
Hopefully this mix-up will be resolved today by a rumored impromptu meeting at an undisclosed location in Manhattan. Here's a pic of Brian reportedly being interviewed a short while ago in NYC:

It was just Brian writing angry notes about Lloyd Carr's predictable offensive scheme on the walls of bathrooms.

and then discussed it with the authors on our common friends couch. Boom.

What ever happened with the WD kerfuffle over wearing a jersey to the job opportunity at the Oregon State game?

Got to wonder at the payola for the billing to be listed just behind the U pres and in front of the professor/multi-time NYT bestselling author.

Today, BBQ recipes. Tomorrow, a noodle in the banner.

Well the noodle will only be up for 1 day and it will be a special occasion to celebrate an anniversary or something. At least we won't have to live with it. Wake me up when the blog gives away tshirts for free when you purchase 2 cokes.
