So I take it he doesn't like his father?
Kelly has recruited more, signed one earlier this week. Or, atleast, took his verbal committment.
So you're telling me that high school aged kids change their minds?!? Good luck young man.
Got the offer he really wanted and was able to commit on Father Day,making it totally family affair.
I think the best thing for me as a fan to do now is to reach out to him on twitter to express my feelings to him
Crawford did talk to the Plain Dealer about his commitment to Notre Dame - the short writeup is HERE. A portion of the quote:
"I feel Notre Dame will make me the best person and player possible. Notre Dame is a prestigious university that my athleticism has gotten me in to. However, I will rely on my intelligence and hard work in the class room to succeed at Notre Dame."
To be fair, of course, a lot of kids have chosen Michigan through the years for reasons which could be worded similarly, so we shouldn't fault Crawford for his decision really. Best of luck to him.
Not to bebad, but good luck to him, I think he'll be the real deal.
Have fun living in dorms for 4 years
I'll catch one of his Notre Dame at Wake Forest games on our off week.
Shaun have you seen Michigan's depth chart? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!?! SIGN THE FUCKING LOI SHAUN!
Eh, best not to get caught up on the whims of teenagers.
Hoke has shown us that he is great at pulling in excellent recruiting classes. Losing one recruit out of an average of 20 or so a year isn't going to really hurt anything. It isn't always true in basketball, but in football, one recruit isn't bigger than the rest of the class.
This class will be just fine without Shaun Crawford. As a human being, I wish Crawford luck. As a football fan, I don't really care what he does, as long as he never, ever helps ND beat Michigan or affects Michigan's chances for a playoff berth in any way.
Well, he has about as much chance of staying at ND as he does of being eaten by a purple-faced flesh eating monster.
