Oh joy, Maizen is back in a recruiting post. You look like a complete idiot after your concern trolling about the 2019 class so I guess you are on to the 2020 class now.
September 25th, 2018 at 5:30 PM ^
I wouldn’t worry about kids from Michigan. Recruit talent rich sates like Meyer.
September 25th, 2018 at 7:25 PM ^
You don’t know how wrong you are
September 25th, 2018 at 7:44 PM ^
The irony of this post is Meyer is recruiting Michigan harder/better than Harbaugh is.
September 26th, 2018 at 12:10 AM ^
The real irony is you got banned for being a cunt and here you are again, acting the cunt. I wonder how it’s gonna end....
also John Beilein is the best thing to happen to Michigan basketball and you could not have been more wrong about him, his recruiting, or his coaching.
you dumb cunt.

Hi, Shawn!
September 26th, 2018 at 10:32 AM ^
2020 is a loooong ways off to get very excited about crystal balls being submitted for in-state kids. Michigan should be a force to be reckoned with in 2019 and this will play HEAVILY on these kids.
Otherwise, Wheeler is a very solid kid to have as part of this class. By the time he arrives on campus he will be bigger, stronger and faster. He is an awfully tough, football-playing kid for 16 years old!!! Got to have some of these blue-collar kids on your roster.

Welcome Cornell, way to GoBlue!
September 25th, 2018 at 2:58 PM ^
Interesting that Partridge is his recruiter. Probably means they've been after him for a while since he's no longer the LB's position's coach, and Partridge doesn't usually focus on Michigan recruits that I'm aware of.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:19 PM ^
Michigan employs regional recruiting and has several coaches working different parts of Michigan. I believe Greg Mattison has the West Side of the state, Pep Hamilton is the primary guy at Belleville, Sherrone Moore and Partridge recruit Detroit.
September 25th, 2018 at 6:55 PM ^
And Partridge coached Vipers. Don Brown coaches the other LBs.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:02 PM ^
3 star. Don’t want.
-Maizen
September 25th, 2018 at 3:12 PM ^
I don't care about his stars, but I am slightly concerned about his speed. But he has plenty of time to develop yet, hard to project this far out.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:34 PM ^
Reminds me of David Reese, who Michigan wanted at fullback. Wouldn't be surprised if that's where Wheeler wound up eventually.
September 25th, 2018 at 6:36 PM ^
Why would you recruit a scholarship fullback three years in a row? It would make no sense from a roster management standpoint.
September 25th, 2018 at 6:57 PM ^
There's no FB in the 2019 class. VanSumeren may be moved to LB.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:10 PM ^
Roll on mama like I asked you to do, and roll on Cornell Wheeler, roll on..............ROLL ON!!!!
September 25th, 2018 at 3:12 PM ^
This would have been a perfect name for a '90s era Keith Jackson to say. "A big hit by #44, Mr. Cor-nell Wheeler!"
After listening to Tim Brando this weekend, I miss Keith more than ever.
September 25th, 2018 at 4:50 PM ^
I would rather listen to Tim Brando than a lot of other announcers!
September 25th, 2018 at 6:15 PM ^
But I'll sure Josh Martellus and Tyree Kindell wouldn't.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:13 PM ^
Three stars and a cloud of dust!
September 25th, 2018 at 3:22 PM ^
A THREE star????
September 25th, 2018 at 5:31 PM ^
Shove your stars up ur ass, go to ohio or psu or wherever, we don't need U.
BTW, Ben mason a 3 star.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:27 PM ^
#15 ILB in the nation. And very well will rise a few more spots.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:28 PM ^
Cool name.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:32 PM ^
Wheel and Deal!
September 25th, 2018 at 3:33 PM ^
I trust Don Brown - the rest of you doubters can F-off.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:36 PM ^
Significant offers are Minnesota, Indiana, Kentucky and Iowa State.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:53 PM ^
He's also not even halfway through his Junior year, and hasn't been able to attend many camps. If he were a 2019 prospect, I would say your concern is valid, but there's still so much time in the scouting and recruiting cycle that I would say having his offer sheet is pretty good.
September 25th, 2018 at 3:56 PM ^
City talk, Nelly listen. Nelly talk, city listen.
September 25th, 2018 at 5:03 PM ^
Similar measurables to James Ross. Not sure if they have a similar game.
Allen Trieu said that WBHS plays the same defense as Don Brown so he should be familiar with the scheme when he gets on campus.
September 25th, 2018 at 11:34 PM ^
Kid is still in High School, get your hands off his measurables!
September 25th, 2018 at 5:04 PM ^
Glad to have Cornell W. on the team. Go Blue!
September 25th, 2018 at 5:32 PM ^
So obsessed with points! How about some credit to the staff for eyeballing talent?? E.g. some 3 stars (247 rankings) that are making quite an impact: Khaleke Hudson, Nick Eubanks, Josh Metellue, Sean McKeon, Kwitty Paye, BEN MASON ...
September 25th, 2018 at 6:29 PM ^
Fun fact: Of all of the teams in the country, Michigan's -6 win differential against Cornell is the largest number of games below .500 against any one opponent Michigan has in its history.
So I am glad to see us get a win relative to a Cornell.
September 25th, 2018 at 10:45 PM ^
Cornell. Ever heard of him? Hes kind of a big deal...

I wasn’t impressed when Devin Bush committed. Boy was I wrong. It’s ok to be wrong sometimes, guys. Welcome, Cornell and Go Blue!

Congrats to Cornell. He chose a great university and gets to don the winged helmet.
Go Blue.
