Scot Frost rationalizations > Tom Izzo rationalizations.
I mean, I'd rather hear Izzo rationalizing, because it means we beat him. I'm just saying Frost is more entertaining about it.

42-21 Michigan. Backdoor cover with a Hill pick-six. Higdon and Evans both top 150 yards from scrimmage. DPJ adds two more TD catches.
September 21st, 2018 at 1:38 PM ^
34-13 M. Martinez is still hampered (and still a true freshman in his first road game), and I have difficulty believing that Nebraska's D is much better than the trash fire it was last year.

Michigan doesn't take advantage (yet again) of the other teams defense selling out to stop the run, struggles to move the ball in 1st quarter, but wins 24-13
September 21st, 2018 at 1:41 PM ^
Looking at some of these predictions makes me wanna puke. I don't see these guys scoring more than 10 points. Do you guys think our defense is that bad? Nebraska sucks. They are not a good team. 38 - 10
September 21st, 2018 at 1:44 PM ^
41-10
Michigan scores are 5 touchdowns and 2 field goals.
Nebraska hits a field goal early and a very late touchdown.

I fully expect them to hit one huge play. There will be couple other plays that the D gets RPS'd leading to a TD drive.

33-17. Michigan takes down the second best 0-2 team in history (behind Bo’s first Rose Bowl Championship team).
Boy, this fan base is broken.

Michigan 20
Nebraska 16
I don't like mobile QBs or good slot WRs without a coherent response.
I also don't like an actual DL against Michigan's OL

27-13 Nebraska. Something hasn’t felt right this week. BPONE.
September 21st, 2018 at 2:54 PM ^
Agree. I think Neb starts out fast and gets a 2 score lead while the offense sputters and then M is playing from behind all day. I see M not having any success w/ power, unless there is a change-up but I’m not counting on it. Shae will have dudes in his face all day. I’m bracing myself for a long day and lots and lots of hot takes.

31-14 Michigan
Nebraska scores right before the half to tie it up 14-14. Don Brown gives a great halftime speech, and the defense allows only 60 yards of total offense in the second half.
Side note: After seeing that twitter video of the Nebraska kid at the presser, I am sorta nervous of Nebraska playing with lots of fire in their ass.
Offense MVP: Karan Higdon 13 CAR 97 Yards 1 TD
Defense MVP: Khaleke Hudson 8 TACK 1 Sack 1 PBU
Ambry runs a kick back to the Nebraska 22
Shea runs for a Read Option Touchdown
Winovich gets an interception.
Go Blue and God bless you guys

Wow all that production for Hudson in 1 half?

If they "out hit us", 28-10, Michigan! If we settle the 1997 National Championship argument once and for all... of 2018, 52-13, Michigan!

Neb 38 M 20. Yes I am forever in the BPONE.
September 21st, 2018 at 3:16 PM ^
I'm taking under 50 in this one. I think Nebraska gets a TD early then manages another TD late. Michigan's offense does what it's been doing and rides out an unremarkable 30-14 win. Bright spot is Nordin with 3/3 FG's.
September 21st, 2018 at 3:26 PM ^
I see Neb playing desperate and I worry that M won’t match their intensity. This 17 point spread is absurd when you think about the actual match-ups. Most notably the OL against their front 7 which has 10 sacks in 2 games. Ugh.
