Can someone tell BWW no one wants OT on the Miami (NTM) - Ohio Game currently showing and tied at 21? Thanks

In my eyes, the problems with the offense is that they're making too many extra passes, turning down open shots, being too unselfish. I'd rather they have those issues than blindly attack and play selfishly. Eventually they'll find their level.

Levert hasn't been bad by any means, but I am still waiting for him to really run the offense as opposed to just being another god player out there. Of course, I admit I've (we've?) just been spoiled by guys like Burke and Stauskas truly running the offense the past two years, but all the hype got my expectations high.

It'll be frustrating if we lose, but Beilein teams always get better and we're still playing like a top 25 team with huge question marks at the 4 and 5 and our star player hasn't been great so far. We'll be much better in a few months. You can take that to the bank

A very, very uncharacteristic game for Michigan. Thought we would be lighting it up on Offense while not having many turnovers and fouls, but it's the exact opposite. Our defense has shown up today though which is definitely a plus, and somewhat surprising, to the their counterpart. Definitely holding our own on the boards despite thinking that we possibly could've been manhandled going into this game when it comes to that aspect. Too many turnovers for us and too many transitional points for Nova. Got to play with a head on our shoulders and try not to make so many rookie mistakes despite being a fairly young team. Irvin and Walton need to start sinking shots if we want to pull away with the win. Let's Go Blue!

We're gonna find out if this team can grind out an ugly one when the offense isn't clicking and shots aren't dropping. Let's see some defense in the second half. I want to know how scrappy this team can get. This one is a character builder.

ugh, those who stream might sympathize for me here:

it took 40 minutes for me to get the stream working (pseudo legally, through watch espn using my gf's pw) - i swear the app is ultra buggy, or its my computer ( i download a lot on it).

by the time i finally get it working there is just 7 1/2 min left in a half, just enough time to see the entirety of the villanova run.

yikes, should have just not bothered tonight.

We shot 21 FTs vs. Texas (a similar team to this IMO)

Especially with lanky guys like LeVert and Irvin and Chatman. They have to learn to use their wirey frames to get around defenders, get bumped and get and-1's. Someone pull up the James Harden video.

Get them off balance and get into the lane and get fouled.

More importantly...Walton has to run something and make them work on defense.

Too many possessions end with a reckless LeVert or Walton drive to the hoop. Those are fine with 10 seconds left on the shot clock, but usually they still have time to run a play and get an open look for a teammate. It's starting to feel like a Manny Harris era Michigan offense.

I hope they don't come out flat--If Nova bangs down a few shots, the team is going to need to really click to mount a comeback. Hopefully Beilein is giving them the green light on those open 3s...

Anyone else laugh when they mentioned that last season Villanova won their first outright Big East title in forever?  Here's a hint why...it wasn't the real Big East.

Michigan had a terrible 7 minute stretch which was exacerbated by some very uneven officiating. The defense has looked good, now make some shots. I think Michigan wins this game.
