It's Big Ten night in the Tourney, and the Badgers are off to a good start. Torn between my pool and teams I hate.

Still considered the top conference in the country?!  If Indiana loses and Ohio does whatever they do, the Big East will have the most teams in the Elite 8.  I know there's much more basketball to be played, but the Big Ten didn't do themselves any favors tonight, especially Sparty. 

Wisconsin I hope garnered some respect becasue they damn near beat a top 3-5 team in the country and looked pretty damn good doing it.  All you nancies who can't take the style of game they play, don't watch.  What they do is effective and good fundamental basketball; a thing of Beauty at times.  I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about regarding their style of play either, because I bet we all wish our own team could have shot the ball recently like they did tonight.

/Grumpy because my brackets which were doing well in to tonight are now sh*t.

10:20 p.m. Police scanner traffic and eyewitness reports indicate that there are multiple reports of fires, fireworks and arrests in East Lansing.

Staff reports indicate that there are fires in the the Cedar Village neighborhood, Harrison Road and Elm and Milford streets. Fireworks were reported near Abbot Road.

Police officials reported that “there’s not a lot going on right now.”

so far I am 1 and 1...

I am in an interesting position in my pool.  33rd overall (out of 93 or so) but 1st in points possible remaining...  

I have OSU winning it all which was hard to do but I liked their matchups...  I have louisville in the final four and am the only one who had them getting past state so come on bonus points!!!

And save me from the dude who not only has Marquette and Cinncy winning today, but Lousiville in the Final Four? But then, can they beat Louisville.....? Gahhhh, I hate all the possibilities. Nice choke Izzo.

     one of the great old M football teams had a dazzling offense and was referred to as

"the point a minute team".  i didn't realize Izzo was going for the same productivity with his
