I am a student but I have no interest in signing that. I'm in the minority, but I like GA seating. I was tired of drunk people waltzing in during the 2nd quarter and moving all the way down to the lower seats. Yes I'm a senior, and yes I am getting screwed out of the "good" seats from this, but I don't get what all the bitching and entitlement is all about. If you want a good seat, show up early and quit bitching. |

I should be excited about this because me and my friends were some of the few students who showed up well before kickoff, but I actually don't care. Freshman year I was in about row 90 for the Ohio State game and I actually liked those seats better than the time I sat in row 20. Hopefully this gets more people to come on time. It was pretty lame how empty it was right before kickoff. |

I agree strongly with this point. No, Minnesota isn't the most successful program around, but having an attitude that they're "Minnesota" and they should "accept being Minnesota" is awful. That won't get you anywhere and I would never want to be a fan of a program with an attitude like that. They were mediocre under Tubby and they felt with the talent coming out of the state that they could do better. Good for them. Whether or not they will find a coach better than Tubby Smith I don't know, but I don't buy into the idea that they should kiss a guy's feet just because they haven't been god awful.
