Meta: What happened to our insiders?

Back when I joined the blog in 2016 I came here in search of inside info for the quarterback race. There was so much good info that I stuck around and I’ve been here ever sense. 

I’ve noticed that this year especially, and starting last year to a certain degree, the main insiders that genuinely have good reliable info have either completely stopped posting or post very infrequently.

So I guess what I’m asking is, does anyone have any inside info on the inside info providers?

I’ve checked weekly since then craving that next hit and there’s nothing.

You could see with some of them how they just got super salty because they lost their access/connection to the program after the 2018 season. Umbig11 went from unabashed positive supporter of the program/Harbaugh to biased negative shit thrower at Harbaugh. Like there’s some reasoned takes of why people may have wanted him fired even if I didn’t agree, but his were like 5 year old with a tantrum takes

While UMBig11 had some good info in advance at one point, it’s unclear if he was connected or just lucky. I recall him posting that Lavert Hill was not dressing the morning of a noon game that Hill dressed and started. 
 

I could be wrong but I think there were a few other times he posted stuff and the exact opposite happened.

One of the dudes was just a friend of a staff member. Pretty sure his friend no longer works for the program, but he still tries to act like he knows what’s going on.

You mean to tell me two of our oldest and best players are also our leaders?

GoJ has been a solid contributor of great info for a while - whatever he said could generally be taken as is.  I always thought he was the parent, or close friend, of a player, or was an equipment guy of some sort, or maybe a HS coach close to the program.  He also knows Sam personally, well, they have each other's cell phone number, anyway (GoJ shared screen shots of texts with Sam on several occasions).  He always posted irregularly, though...

I wish he were still around more often.

Gonna take a swing at this, I'm pretty good at reading coded messages.

No BC. - This clearly is a nod to the fact that Don Brown, former Boston College Defensive Coordinator, probably won't be a coach for Michigan sometime in the near future. Keep an eye out for this one folks.

Yes DE, AA - I would say this is in reference to one of our Defensive Ends becoming an All American, but no one on this roster really fits the bill. So, Donovan Edwards and Adrian Arrington. Keep an eye out for AA as I guess our WR coach?  Soup Campbell better watch his back. Also, Donovan Edwards commit watch???

BC wants to play. - Bill Callahan former Nebraska, Raiders HC and journeyman assistant has actually reached out to Jim Harbaugh about becoming a preferred walk-on. Interesting.
