I've heard some of the problems are that they salaries for the assistant coaches is substandard based on the UC salary structure. The coaches don't get paid enough to live anywhere near the more affluent campus area. |

It is remarkably uncreative. "your name is Shane, we're going to call you Sugar Shane because that is the standard nickname for atheletes named Shane." He's never played for UM yet, so we shouldn't be assigning him a nickname anyway. If he already has one fine, but otherwise wait. Maybe he will consistently leave a bitter taste in his opponents mouths with his sickening TD throws. Would he still be sugary? |

This is where I feel the draft evaluations are a terrible disservice to the player. Sure he "could" be drafted with the 20th pick, but maybe it's like a 0.5% chance, but they don't tell them that part. Probably a better chance he goes undrafted. It happens way too often |
