Chaundee Brown signs with French hoops team
Just a week after signing in Canada, he's now signed with SIG Strasbourg in France's top league. Good to see him continuing to get paid to play!

I really thought he'd have a shot in the league as a 3 and D guy.
I guess he's still young enough to achieve that.
This sounds negative and I didn't mean it that way. It would be awesome to play pro ball in Europe.
Good luck Chaundee
I don't see it as happening. I feel like the G league is the place to be if you want a call up to the league. They run NBA sets. I feel like guys from the US who go play overseas, that at least weren't at one time established in the NBA, have very little chance of making an NBA team
He was one of those guys you just loved having on your team. All out effort whenever he was on the court. Ready to shoot right off the bench.
Hindsight and all that, but I wish Chaundee had the last three-point attempt vs UCLA in the 2021 Regional Final instead of ice cold Franz.
I've had that same thought since that game. Franz had missed at least 7 or 8 threes in a row and Chaundee had been money.
Totally agree. He had someone guarding him close on that last play and the inbounds would’ve been tough. But IIRC his rate of making contested 3s was almost as high as his uncontested 3s.
Bonne chance, Chaundee!
Congratulations Chaundee!
I can think of far worse fates than being paid pretty well to live and play in France. Good for him.
One of my favorite players. Busted his ass on the court, played tough D, and was never afraid to take a shot. I've said before that there were only two things wrong with Chaundee: 1) We only had him for one season, and 2) he didn't have a twin brother who played football.
Best of luck in France. Go kick some derriere.
Strasbourg is dope
He is the other player besides Austin Davis, that I wanted to stay a year, in addition, to take that final shot instead of Franz.
Best wishes to Chaundee. He was one of my favorites despite his brief tenure.
