This one was pretty dumb. I don't know that IL is particularly known as a hotbed of meth production. Maybe I'm just sheltered up here in Chicago. If you look at the DEA map of all meth lab incidents, IN, TN, KY, MO, and OK all have WAY more than IL in 2011. Looking at 2010, add AL, MS, AR, and MI (sorry guys) to the list. Also, if you look at incidents per capita, IL has an incident for every 22,227 residents, while IA has an incident for every 8,059 residents.
