...but do you think maybe the refs ALWAYS seem to screw our hockey team because we boo them so terribly and ridicule them before the game even starts? I mean, yeah, they should be impartial, but it canNOT be a coincidence that this happens so often to us. They seem to hate us no matter if it's at home, away, neutral site, on the fucking moon, anywhere. Maybe we should cheer YAAAAY when they skate onto the ice? Tell them we love them? then maybe the quick whistles will be in our favor I haven't seen a hockey team that gets screwed so much (other than the Red Wings, I guess). and I watch a LOT of hockey. It can't be coincidence.

we have the most national championships in the sport and other schools and referees truly have an axe to grind because of their jealousy. I still have the video of the screw job that occurred at Yost last year against Notre Dame and its just equally a BAD CALL. And the ref not seeing it is never a good excuse. GET IN FUCKING POSITION THEN.

That was all absolute bullshit. I've never been so pissed about a hockey game in my life than I am about that one. I never thought I would absolutely HATE Miami of fucking OHIO. It's official - I hate every single thing about Ohio.

Should have been 2-0 at the end of regulation. EDIT: As an athlete, I hate bitching about officiating, but when officiating directly affects points by a clearly blown call, there's no excuse.

Got robbed... But we certianly had our fair share of chances after that.. This was so much like our season... Outshoot a team by 20, but the goals weren't there.

Those refs suck ! Cost michigan the game, If the NCAA don't apologize for their F up on this i'd be stunned ! weoutplayed those bums even though we got alot more penalties called on us ! Got jobbed by the refs !

Not even really sure what to say. There was the normal amount of questionable penalties, but to disregard a goal like that is laughable. I'm afraid the zebras follow the rules of announcing. You get the best in football, the next best in basketball, and then somewhere near the second to worst in hockey. Laughable.

they allowed John Gravallese to officiate another game at all after that hack job of a BSU game that we somehow won 5-1 despite more horseshit than I've seen on a redneck racetrack. Let alone that they let him officiate another Michigan game.

It's a huge, huge blown call...will be interesting to see how much we hear about it. That's as big a mistake as I have ever seen by an official. Way too quick on that whistle.
