the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection

| 37 weeks 1 day ago | If I might ask a question: |
If I might ask a question: I'm a Cubs fan. I do not enjoy the White Sox much. On paper, the Tigers should be about 10 games up over the White Sox (or, say Indians, games not played on paper, etc.). What would you Tigers fans most attribute to the problems the Tigers have had this season? Seemed like a real solid club heading into the season. |
| 37 weeks 1 day ago | I wasn't a real college |
I wasn't a real college football fan until college. Rooting for Iowa and Northwestern when you stop jerking off on Saturdays doesn't count. I rooted for OSU vs. Miami in '02. Now I has a sad. |

Sigh, you and me both. I think I embarrassed myself a lot in '08, but even more after I graduated and came back for games in '09 and '10. |
| 37 weeks 1 day ago | So Bell has been involved in |
So Bell has been involved in 46 plays tonight. That seems totally repeatable for the entire season. No way he'll start coughing up balls or injure himself. |

Even if Boise wins this game, they are going to biff one of their conference games hard. This is probably their most vulnerable team in a while. Peterson is a damn good coach though. |

Er, um, you're not Boise State, MSU. |

Ehhhh, let's go ahead and wait on that one. I have no idea how good we're going to be, nor do we know if Nebraska has decided to have an offensive line or not. |

Boise has a new OC this year. I'm thinking they are having some serious growing pains. |

Should have gone for the underneath play there. Set up an easier 4th down play. |

No doubt. Can't believe they didn't call the DL being chopped down from behind. |
| 37 weeks 1 day ago | So, um, are either of these |
So, um, are either of these teams good? Lots of unforced errors. |
| 37 weeks 1 day ago | Dion Sims is still a decent |
Dion Sims is still a decent receiver. That being said, he looks like he weighs about 290 right now. That can't be all good weight. |

So MSU's offensive line is suddenly looking a bit sieve-like. |

| 37 weeks 1 day ago | You did indeed, but I don't |
You did indeed, but I don't know how it works for this game, since it's SEC refs and an ACC review crew. Regardless, they let the play stand, as they should have. No clear evidence. |
| 37 weeks 1 day ago | Anyone just listen to Dave |
Anyone just listen to Dave "long-time SEC analyst" Neal and Andre Ware bitch about the video review in the NC State - Tenn game? My god, be a little more professional dudes. |

This makes me uncomfortable because of reasons. |
| 1 year 6 weeks ago | Dave Sobolewski. Brian |
Dave Sobolewski. Brian recently said, "Sobolewski had an impressive freshman year and will take on big chunks of the scoring load left by Shurna." So bad, right? But keep on telling everyone this team is going to be as good as 2003 Montana. |
| 1 year 6 weeks ago | I guess it comes down to |
I guess it comes down to this: Is it better for Burke to make a money grab now, knowing that he won't be playing in the next two to three years without a major upgrade to his defense, as well as some of his offense? Or is it better for him to stay in college, where he might make more money later on, but will be on a larger stage (in terms of more teams seeing him, rather than just one in the D League)? Even if he scores highly in his basketball skills, as you said below, will his entire career and earning potential really benefit by jumping early? |

Yeah I don't get it. Maybe just wasn't happy in Ann Arbor and wanted to go back to Green Bay? |
| 1 year 10 weeks ago | This LSU - UK game is |
This LSU - UK game is hilarious. Coaching in the SEC? Nah, let the kids run loose. I say this with the knowledge that UK is an incredibly good team, but man, some of their players play brainless basketball at times. |

Well they clearly changed it after your comments. |
| 1 year 10 weeks ago | No way Sparty can keep this |
No way Sparty can keep this kind of shooting up. Well, if Iowa decides to play defense they might not be able to. |
| 1 year 10 weeks ago | Northwestern has how many |
Northwestern has how many losses by one or two points in the hardest conference in the country? It's not a "travesty" that NW is 1-10 in the Big Ten, it just shows how incredibly difficult their schedule is and how many heartbreaking losses they have. Xavier has one more top 50 win. And when you compare top 100 wins: NW has five and Xavier has six. Not sure why you are calling ODU a good basketball school either. They aren't making the tournament and aren't even in the conversation. |
| 1 year 11 weeks ago | Pretty much everything you |
Pretty much everything you are saying is spot-on. It's easy to say "Oh well if it's the government doing it, it's going to be a mess," never mind the fact that some of you are clearly confusing a local city government and the federal government. This stuff is incredibly difficult to authenticate and securely guarantee every time. Which is what voters demand. |
| 1 year 11 weeks ago | At first, I was pretty meh |
At first, I was pretty meh towards the idea of doing the summer thing, what with losing any chance of going to the CWS. But...our last really good shot at it, in '06, saw a team that had to face a murderer's row to even get out of the regional...which we didn't. We're the poor conference in all this, and the South ain't going to help us out. I don't expect the West or Southwest teams either. The second idea I really like. Pairing up with some major summer league teams would be a huge way for us to recruit and incentivize players to come in. |
