Brady Hoke's Car? Please Be True
If this Maize Mustang parked in Brady Hoke's parking spot is indeed his car, that would be tremendous, indeed. As Seth aptly noted:
It only runs Power. (via @MGoJen via @PlannedSickDays via Reddit): http://t.co/W8MFd0JLJ9

So what we learned today is Coach Carr couldn't drive lol. With that many close calls I wonder if he ever actually ran someone over by accident
No, what we learned was there were a lot of pedestrians walking around who got in Coach Carr's way with their jaywalking and such!

Man, I was just trying to get to a basketball game!
Coach Carr was busy calling recruits!!!
That makes sense. Hoke's a big dude. I can't imagine he'd be comfortable rolling around in a Mustang.

I would be shocked if this was his car...he doesn't strike me as the kind of guy who drives a car suitable for a 16 year old girl.
maybe it is hers.

...good sense.

Well we all know what MGoShoe drives now I guess...
MGoShoe drives a U.S. Naval Destroyer to work. He flies his F-14 Tomcat on weekends to unwind.
Dork alert (me):
The F14 has been retired from the USN. The current workhorse of the USN is the F/A-18 E/F SuperHornet. Will be replaced by the F-35B....eventually...and several billion dollars over budget.
You can tell MGoShoe that he can't have his antique joy-rides on the weekend.
It's the Naval equivilant of having a Porsche 928.
...so SM-2 and SM-3 are my weapons of choice.
Because the 928 is/was NOT the Porsche to own.
If we're going with Top Gun references Shoe should have a 356 Speedster
our carriers became more vulnerable the day they retired the Tomcat.
The 35 gets us some standoff range back, but they are having a problem with the tailhook being to close to the wheels and thus the trapwire may still be pressed down to the deck, and so the common airframe now needs to be lengthened.
Either way, who would like to fly an F-14 around on the weekend?
You guys are all short changing the X-47B and the other fine drones out there. Hard to launch strike fighters at our carriers after the swarm of stealth flying wing drones has cratered all your airfields.
Now granted the threat the F-14 was designed to meet (large formations of big bombers carrying large standoff cruise missiles) has mostly become obsolete, but the old cats could still carry a massive amount of ordnance a long way very fast. Sad to see them go - we may never see another plane like it.
woefully behind schedule and over budget!
Zing!

are seat cushions allowed in there?

Sorry, it would bother me if this were his car. He's just not a flashy guy and this just doesn't fit his persona. So, this would just seem to mean that he is putting on an act. (FWIW, I know certain things are an act like the Ohio bit, his down-to-earth, nose-to-the-grindstone additude doesn't have to be.)

Is "additude" what mathletes have instead of attitude?
Ugh. A brief moment in weakness forever emblazoned on the internet. I shall never live down this humiliation.

Where are the winged helmet stripes on the roof?

Brady Hoke drives a van. He parks it down by the river.
There have been a few changes, I hear.
I always pictured Brady Hoke as a kind-hearted lover of the environment and a driver of a hybrid.
and he'd really have to squeeze himself into a Mustang. On top of that, head coaches are constantly having to entertain recruits or play host to visitors or go on the road with assistants, and doing that in a Mustang ain't happening. He drives a big SUV of some sort, like the Tahoe that Heiko said.
Edit: nevermind
That hood looks awful.
This was in Urban's parking space. I assume he drives this in case he comes down with another mysterious illness.
Urban lends his car out to his players for out-of-town "bible study" sessions by the lake...
I can see him in a vintage Gran Torino and telling enemies to get off his lawn.
I agree that this probably isn't Hoke's - it's an early 2000s mustang so unless he bought it during his stint as DL coach, it doesn't make sense to have it decked out in Michigan paraphernalia. And anyway that's too much gaudy flash (looks like a rich teenagers car). Maybe it's what Mattison drives when he wears those gold aviators.
But I could definitely see Hoke owning a classic era or new model Mustang. It would suit him, assuming he could fit in it.
Swag Mattison!
But "transforming" with bumblebee is a good twist here and there

Hoke drives a DeLorean -- and he already knows who will be in the recruiting class of 2043.
