Almost that time. Basketball is all but over, now time for the important sport (you know, the one we're good at!). It was a lot of fun last night...hopefully even more so tonight. Go Blue, beat the Redhawks!!

With the reaction of the goalie, who obviously knows he doesn't have control of the puck, why is the fucking ref with the worst view possible blow the whistle? FUCK THAT SHIT.

to extend the longest thread ever even more, but there is NO good outcome from this whistle shenanigan. Terrible injustice, or a really anti-climactic ending to a crazy game. Oh, we're going with terrible injustice. Sweet.

That is the most enfuriating rule in hockey. We have replay for a reason. The same way refs in football hesitate whistling a fumble to err on the side of caution, hockey refs should do the same.

These refs are absolutly deciding this game. that whistle was absolute bullshit and there is no way this game should still be going on. Fuck these motherfuckers.

So if the refs can say, "I intended to blow the whistle" and it's just as good as if they actually did, then why the fuck can't they say, "I shouldn't have blown the whistle" and have an awful shit call undone??
