Hello: Moritz Wagner

I kind of agree with you but for a different reason.
He said that he flat out won't commit to a non-Adidas school which leaves Kansas and Michigan as the two most likely destinations... for now. I added the "for now" because we've all heard the rumors about Michigan making a change to Nike or Under Armour - the most likely of the two being Nike. While the rumors about Michigan being his leader are nice to hear, the fact that Michigan may not be an Adidas school for long doesn't bode well.
I don't understand why this hasn't been mentioned yet. This has been on my mind ever since Hackett talked about the possibility of making the change. I can't be the only one thinking about this.
While Michigan may be making the switch away from Adidas, it won't be a factor for Brown because if he's a true one-and-done he'll be gone before they can wear anything other than Adidas.

Truth is, we only have to be an Addidas school for one more year as far as Brown is concerned.
Michigan and UCLA, not Michigan and Kansas.

GEH BLAU!!!
as long as we are getting the basketball player and not the evolutionary biologist.

He still shoots better than Aaron Kraft.
he's just as gritty
Rob: Try me.
Barry: They're mostly German.
Rob: Falco, Kraftwerk, Hasselhoff?
Dummkopf
Willkommen!
Now if Beilein can manage to reel in Brown, this will be one heck of a recruiting haul.

Maybe someone "walks-on" for a year
that's a good point. I suspect Hatch has the financial wherewithal. He could even redshirt (and walk on), giving him a 5th year and the opportunity to get back the scholarship when we lose ,ore players than this year.

HABEMUS MORITZ
It's an Easter miracle!!!
Any MgoBlog user who makes a Hello post about a recruit, and does not provide a link to a profile about that recruit, should be shot.
Sincerely,
-- Another selfish, lazy, over-reactive MgoBlog user
next season's team is going to be real good. Let's not forget we took Wisconsin to OT minus Caris, and were tied with them with 5 minutes to go in the B1G tournament on a neutral floor minus Caris and Walton.
Even if Jaylen does come I wouldn't be that confident. Maryland is probably a top 5 team next year if Layman comes back. MSU is bringing in good talent and will be good. Wisconsin should be good if dekker comes back and purdue is bringing back its entire team. OSU will still have great talent. Big ten will be good again next year.
to 5 minutes left, I couldn't understand why they didn't go to the play designed by Doug Collins while coaching for the Bulls.
"Give the ball to Dekker, everybody else get the fuck out of the way."
Seriously
In Izzo's own words, he needs to start recruiting a different kind of player, someone who can take it to the hoop. Seems that the refs are calling fouls now so his style of play (block & tackle) no longer works.
They should still be pretty good. Yes, they lose Trice and Dawson. But Valentine will be a senior, Schilling should be a bit better, same with Clark and Ellis. Forbes is back and Eron Harris will be eligible, Davis is an instant impact guy and McQuaid could contribute early too. Nairn is still lightning quick and could create for others. Everyone thought they'd be trash this season after losing Payne, Appling and Harris. But they were still pretty good, especially towards the end of the season.
without Moritz we'd still be experienced and talented; the other teams, while they are adding parts, are losing more than we are. I think we have a lot to look forward too, especially if Caris comes back
Herzliches Willkommen Moritz! Wir wuenschen Dir eine erfolgreiche Karriere bei uns.
