Who am I? Not OT
Been a slow week, no football recruits in what, 2 weeks. Harbaugh cannot recruit. Heck, Michigan isn't even in the top 1 for recruiting. With that said, the following is a bio for incoming freshman class of xxxx. With that said, who am I.
Excellent passer, with good arm strength, and a quick release… quick feet…considered by many to be one of the top five quarterback prospects in the nation…named All-American by _____ magazine…Player-of-the-year in:_____ also made the ____All-State team…threw for almost 3,500 yards and 33 touchdowns in three seasons…broke his ankle five games into last season; returned to see action in the state title game…named all-league after his junior season…threw for 1,500 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior…earned 10 varsity letters at ____ High School…played in state championship games for three different sports in one season while in high school…leD baseBall and football teams to state titles, while the school basketball team lost the final game…was 10-0 junior season as a pitcher for the baseball team…averaged 18 points and 10 rebounds per game for the basketball team.. excellent student, likes Michigan for its fine law program…born 11/xx/xxxx.
Drew Henson.
Henson was a 3B and was born in February.
I read this as "Henson was born on 3B in February"
This joke is the gift that keeps on giving.
But was he born there?

My first thought was Bennie Oosterbaan. He was a scholar. At Michigan he was Captain of the Football team, led the Big10 in scoring in Basketball, and led the league in hitting (Baseball). But I think you probably would have mentioned he was a world class discuss thrower too. (There was speculation that he could have qualified for the Olympics and might have won.) In state kid (Muskegon.)
Jean Valjean.
24601…probably also the number of days since we’ve lost to Ohio St
Mike Jones?
Who?
MIKE JONES!
Mike Barrett
I know you're kidding, but Barrett had some incredible stats and wouldn't have been a bad guess had he played other sports. The above Who am I states that the mystery person (agree with others that this is the still-underrated Todd Collins) had 1500 yards and 14 TDs as a junior, and that is a fine season for a HS QB.
Michael Barrett as a junior had 2753 passing yards and 27 TDs against 6 INTs, along with 1283 rushing yards and 21 TDs. He was the 7A (a top division) GA Player of the Year.
Stats:
Completions-attempts-yards
281-330-8004
No idea, but I will say that is one freaking great high school sports résumé.
Devin Gardner
Clayton Richard?
Rick the Peach Leach
It is likely that someone from the Michigan law program has defended him at some point, so I’m going to guess Art Schlichter.
While I like this guess, the wikipedia article on good old Art only mentions football and basketball. I think the people guessing Todd Collins are likely to be correct.
If someone that went to Michigan Law defended him, then he'd be committed to MSU. But since they don't have any commits for the foreseeable future, I'm stumped.
This is a cool idea for a series. I believe this one is Walpole, Massachusetts' own Todd Collins.
Does he have the initials TC?
Orgi
Where?
(someone spike this!)
In the end zone
I know Tom Harmon was also a star basketball player and pitcher, but this leaves out his track and field credentials.
Easy. He was also drafted by the Bills.
sigh. the err apparent to jim kelly.
...
THIS HAS NOT BEEN A REAL GREAT WEEK FOR THE BILLS FAN (S?) ON MGOBLOG
TL;DR
But a brief glances shows it must be the excellent passer, Al Unser, Jr..
Justin Feagin
Johnnie Cochran in a knit cap?
Who am I?
Ryan Mallet.
No clue. Good quiz though.
Lemmy
Multi-sport do-everything athlete with amazing stats? It could only be Michael Barrett, right?
Except for some minor details*, that's me.
* like all the athletic stuff and the excellent student part.

Roger Daltrey asks, “Who the fuck are you?”
Okay, so you're not Othello Tavares. Rats, I was sure I had you figured.
