So far it has been a positive experience. I recommend hiring a realtor that does a lot of house rentals, but be very picky about selecting a tenant. How responsible your tenant is will determine whether you have a positive or negative experience. Also, keep in mind you will have to claim rent as income on your taxes. |

we can afford to pay women millions of dollars for claiming to be raped either. That is a pretty good incetive to lying or entraping someone. Even for women that are raped, do they deserve a such a payoff? Is it going to erase what happened to them or help them heal emotionally. I think free medical/pychological treament would be much more beneficial, while helping to reduce situations like this. |

The kid was the only one in the section standing on his seat, which was fine except for his untimely pom shaking. If people could manage to only use them during the victors it would be cool, but that is not the case. |
