For fastest post being pulled.  Jesus man you could've actually started a thread on the topic but instead your title is going to derail any form of serious conversation before it even starts.

The NFL is a terrible league ran by terrible people. Just another PR disaster going to be overlooked, swept under the rug, or "made better" by hiring Michael Sam as a PR guy or something.

Seriously though, why aren't we past this yet?

The original title seemed much more informative. It seems what Apple was asked (which the original title alluded too) and not who asked it is much more important.

It's sort of unbelievable that someone would ask this in a job interview, but I guess that's the NFL. The response from the coach according to the article: 'if you're going to come to Atlanta, sometimes that's how it is around here, you're going to have to get used to it.' He probably could have asked Eli Apple if he beats his girlfriend or spouse and the same response would apply. The NFL has some F'd up priorities.

Meh. It's like Harbaugh said to Winston and Petty when they came to UM for pre-draft stuff. Those interviews are just to find out if your an asshole. Plus, is there some context that's missing? Remember the huge fiasco around a GM asking if Dez Bryant's mom was a prostitute and Bryant went all ballistic on him and Mike Golic said he would punch a guy for saying that in his draft interview? Then it turned out the actual interview went like this:
GM: What does your father do?
Bryant: He's a pimp.
GM: Ok, what does your mother do?
Bryant: She works for my father.
GM: Ok, so is your mother a prostitute?
Bryant: DID YOU JUST CALL MY MOM A HOOKER YOU STUPID PIECE OF CRAP?!

I ain't no MGoLawyer, but let's say Apple said yes, and the Falcons did not draft him. Could he bring a lawsuit against the Falcons for potential discrimination.

The way I see it, why even bother asking the question? Doesn't it just open you up to a lot of potential legal problems down the road?

I, too, am growing more and more angry at these people who have to take everything so fucking literally. By time anyone is old enough to read or to post on this site, they should be aware the world is full of a lot of dumb mother fuckers. If they say something stupid, ignore it. If they say something stupid and funny at the same time, you have every right to consider them a dumb ass, but still laugh without apology.

this post? Why so much hate? I enjoy information like this so theres no reason to neg op just because you dont care for it. But op just so you know scouts ask these type of questions not for the yes or no answer, but to see how he reacts to it and his body language because that tells a lot about somebodies personality which is important in the nfl unless you like aaron hernandez and greg hardy running your team.
