Man, that 2016 recruiting class was nice.  Way more fun than the retrospectives looking back at various RichRod/Hoke classes.

12/11/2018 - 12:55pm Exactly what I was thinking…

Exactly what I was thinking.   That would be peak Lions.

12/04/2018 - 5:36pm Not sure if you're serious…

Not sure if you're serious or not but it seems to me Osborne and Meyer have a lot in common.

12/01/2018 - 2:50pm I would argue that we tend…

I would argue that we tend to underreact when there isn't video.

12/01/2018 - 8:53am Do you really believe that…

Do you really believe that if he beat the shit out of a 13 year old boy there wouldn't be as much outrage as there is for this?  That's a weird stance to take.  I'm gonna have to disagree.

11/30/2018 - 10:07pm They drafted Tyreek Hill…

They drafted Tyreek Hill after he beat the shit out of his pregnant girlfriend,  so why would you think they actually care about this?  They care about winning football games and public opinion.  If they can get away with employing horrible people that help them win football games they will.

11/15/2018 - 5:54pm Somebody got triggered. …

Somebody got triggered.  Maybe you should find a safe space until the game/weather are over.

11/11/2018 - 8:15am The new redshirt rules allow…

The new redshirt rules allow you to take a redshirt if you play in 4 games or less in a season.  Hence all the monitoring of how many games the freshmen have played in.  I guess that makes the medical redshirt moot, as the regular redshirt rules are less restrictive than the medical rules.

11/08/2018 - 7:16am Oh, is that how it works?  I…

Oh, is that how it works?  I thought the thing people were arguing on here was that win/loss didn't matter.  In that case I amend my statement.   Notre Dame deserves to be ranked higher than us because they are 9-0 and we are 8-1 and they beat us head-to-head.

I guarantee that if the situation were the exact opposite no one here would be arguing that ND should be ahead of M.

11/07/2018 - 10:38pm Michigan only played one…

Michigan only played one quality non-conference game and we lost.  I'm also not sure that Wisconsin/PSU/MSU are demonstrably better than Stanford/VA Tech/USC.

Screw all of you for making me defend Notre Dame.

11/05/2018 - 12:13pm There's a big difference…

There's a big difference between presenting an unpopular opinion that is honest and defensible vs presenting that same opinion and saying that the differing viewpoint should not be "tolerated" (whatever that means).  In my opinion that is what's causing the negative reaction to your post.

11/04/2018 - 1:35am Jeremy Bloom was being…

Jeremy Bloom was being compensated as an olympic level skiier and somehow that made him inelegible as a wr for Colorado.

What point are you trying to make?

11/03/2018 - 11:56pm I beleive this is false. …

I beleive this is false.  Mark Titus (benchwarmer OSU basketball player) had a blog called "club trillion" and he could not sell shirts.  Can't have the talent making money, could steal some dollars from Delaney and Company.

And he was a walkon for the "scholarships are fair compensation" crowd .

10/31/2018 - 1:42pm Nope

10/27/2018 - 7:34am Barry's a great running back…

Barry's a great running back, but he's not as good as Jim Brown.

10/22/2018 - 9:19am Dantonio said almost the…

Dantonio said almost the same response during one of the RichRod years.  MSU needed to beat Penn St and have Michigan beat OSU in order to get to the Big 10 championship game (or maybe the Rose Bowl, don't remember the year).  A reporter asked Dantonio if it was weird to be in a situation where he had to root for Michigan.  He scoffed and said "Go Bucks".

That's why they will always be little brother.

An actual list of the players, or at least a link to the info, would have been a useful addition to this post.

Just used expressVPN along with psvue to watch saturday college football and sunday nfl in Asia.  Works great.

10/12/2018 - 10:51am This program has been held…

This program has been held back the last couple years by Hoke's awful QB and Oline recruiting.  He could recruit defense and that's about it (and I have a funny feeling that Mattison had something to do with that).

10/12/2018 - 9:03am So, Blue_by_u and fishbulb…

So, Blue_by_u and fishbulb are definitely the same person, right?

10/12/2018 - 9:00am Also, he has freakishly big…

Also, he has freakishly big ears but tries to hide them with his hair.  Can't trust a man like that.

10/01/2018 - 7:01am I beleive the most prevalent…

I beleive the most prevalent scam these days is the double selling of the same ticket.  For instance, if I have physical tickets I can sell them on stubhub as electronic tickets simply by inputting the ticket number.  When someone buys them, they then have an electronic ticket for those seats.  However, I am still in possession of the physical tickets, which, if I were unscrupulous,  I could still use myself to enter the stadium or sell in person outside the stadium, say to a family of six.

As far as the OP's situation, I'd say that more often than not you won't have to worry about it, but depending on your financial situation, it may be worth paying a little extra for the peace of mind of buying through a legitimate broker.  Just my $0.02

Just a smokescreen.  Oldest trick in the book.

07/13/2018 - 6:11pm I roofed for a couple years…

I roofed for a couple years in college and can confidently say that most (90%) of the people I worked with and knew in the trades would have preferred beer to cash.

07/11/2018 - 11:33pm Agreed.  Bunch of cucks…

Agreed.  Bunch of cucks around here.

It's not hard to not listen to the podcast if you're not interested in it or feel it will offend your sensibilities.

06/22/2018 - 8:05pm He used to complain…

He used to complain incessantly about Beilein.   He was inconvenienced by Michigan's tournament run, so turned his focus on the football team.  If football has a good season he'll find something new to complain about.  Rinse.  Repeat.

06/22/2018 - 10:35am You're right Maizen, totally…

You're right Maizen, totally UNACCEPTABLE that Michigan doesn't sign every kid that they want.

06/01/2018 - 4:30pm Your logic is dizzying.

Your logic is dizzying.

06/01/2018 - 1:50pm LOL WUT?
What did I pretend

What did I pretend to do?

And what numbers, exactly, did you state?  From what I can see you used a 1-game sample of Jordan going 5/19 in game 6 of the 1996 finals vs Lebron going 19/32 in game 1 of the 2018 finals.  I guess that settles everything...

Oh, you also pointed out that Lebron has put together a string of 20482934208 games in a row in which he's scored 50 points.  That is indeed impressive.

That is some rock-solid statistical evidence that you've presented.  I can see why all the feelingsball takes make you so angry.  It's really annoying when people just don't get it.

06/01/2018 - 12:20pm No, you can't quantify it.

No, you can't quantify it.  That's the point.

Feel free to rationalize your opinion however you want, just don't pretend that it's an objective fact.

06/01/2018 - 7:34am How is that different than when Lebron went to

How is that different than when Lebron went to Miami?

06/01/2018 - 7:31am Defenses were allowed to play much more physically

Defenses were allowed to play much more physically in the 80s and 90s, so you can't just look at numbers.

He was way too Mitch Album-y for me. Create his own narrative and then write a story around it regardless of any factual evidence. Fine if you're a fiction author but not what I'm looking for in a sports writer.

Plus he wrote a super whiny emo post about how he just didnt know if he would support Michigan any more during the Richrod error.

I had seats in Section 44 (row 86) and could rarely get face value (let alone recoup any of my PSD). Of course, I was rarely trying to sell seats to premium games and was never selling really early so ymmv.

I mean, I see your point, but I don't see how asking about the safeties and D-line helps with this.

04/17/2018 - 11:26pm Was it the "No more tours"

Was it the "No more tours" tour? If so, I feel like we could get a pretty solid class action law suit together for false advertising. Great show though.

04/17/2018 - 11:18am You're really wondering why

You're really wondering why we're having a hard time pulling recruits from a program where they are consistently put in the NFL?

Seconded. I'm guessing that Mr Furbush is going to do just fine in life.

04/12/2018 - 7:28am Been a few of them around.

Been a few of them around. The guy who cuts my lawn up there had a dead deer at the end of his (remote) driveway. Went to get his 4-wheeler to drag it away and it was gone, with a pretty clear drag trail through the woods. Took a few steps in and saw a cougar 30 yards away, standing over the deer, and staring at him. Needless to say, he did not pursue that trail any farther.

From everything I've heard, the .45 won't likely do you much good against the cougar, as you tend to not see them coming. Might help with the wolf or bear if you run into one in a bad spot though.

I love the UP. All the suggestions so far are great. One note of caution, early June is definitely rolling the dice weather wise. I've been in picture rocks in early july when it was in the low 40s. That being said, it could be beautiful so might as well go for it. There is a beautiful stretch of beach along Superior a few miles west of Munising. It gets fairly crowded where the Au Train river empties into Superior, but if you go a 1/2 mile East you can have a stretch of beach to yourself that is as beautiful as anywhere else in the world. Don't tell anyone though, cause I'll be pissed if it's crowded next time I go.

04/11/2018 - 10:22pm Small world, I may or may not also have property

Small world, I may or may not also have property down near the lighthouse. Stay left at the Y (at least it used to be a Y. Recently repaved to make it a little more perpindicular) on the way down 513 and I'm down that road a bit.

04/10/2018 - 3:43pm No, what's your point?

No, what's your point?

04/10/2018 - 10:32am Yes.  Do you think LaQuon

Yes.  Do you think LaQuon Treadwell, Larry Tunsil and Robert Nkemdiche would have gone to Ole Miss if they weren't getting paid?

04/06/2018 - 12:54am Just so I'm clear on your

Just so I'm clear on your logic, MSU can lord over us in basketball and hockey and we can lord over them in football. Is that right? I just want to know the rules.
