Watching Iowa kickers miss easy field goals makes me physically angry.
October 21st, 2017 at 2:52 PM ^
Purdue hasn't scored a TD since their game against Minny. I'm surprised, since I thought our offense was utter crap.
October 21st, 2017 at 2:52 PM ^
Louisville has zero passing yards in the second half. FSU safeties not on the screen. Wish defenses played us that way.

Just what this game needed. Overtime.
October 21st, 2017 at 2:57 PM ^
Rutgers with the back to back B1G wins baby! (most likely)

Wow, Fitz played for OT?
October 21st, 2017 at 3:06 PM ^
This really is the dumbest sport sometimes.

The sheer amount of derp in this FSU-Louisville game is astounding
October 21st, 2017 at 3:04 PM ^
The way Purdue's day has gone, they'll get a TD but then the QB will slip and fall on the 2-PT conversion.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:04 PM ^
It's crazy to me that with a true freshman QB, with what I believe is a pretty bad o line, that FSU can score and move the ball better than our offense. Their record is worse though, so good job Harbaugh & Co.

At home.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:17 PM ^
Their record is worse though,
Just slightly worse - they're 2-4.

Finally we have some drama in these games.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:11 PM ^
A fade that . . . works?
Purdue scores. Do-or-die 2-point attempt coming up.

October 21st, 2017 at 3:13 PM ^
Purdue you suck.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:37 PM ^
now looks a bit less impressive.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:13 PM ^
Iowa drops an easy completion to lose. I hate Iowa so much.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:13 PM ^
Gonna need a gif of that woman play-biting her nails... Because WTF.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:16 PM ^
With 8 first downs for the game, Rutgers is about to win this, barring an onside kick recovery.
EDIT: And true to this game, the onside kick just rolled around on the ground before finally going out of bounds.

Well it's only been 4 years. Didn't Northwestern lose like 30 straight conference games. As much as people like to rip on Rutgers football, there are schools in the B1G who have been worse and are still worse.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:25 PM ^
Northwestern losing a billion straight in an era of unlimited scholarships and "Big 2-Little 8" isn't even comparable--Rutgers is an overmatched tire fire of epic proportions. And this is how they have to win.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:41 PM ^
Well Illinois also sucks, Purdue still sucks as well. It would be hard for almost any G5 school (AAC might as well have been G5 back then) to transition to playing OSU, PSU, MSU, UM right off the bat. They're bad for sure, but there are other schools in the B1G that are bad too.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:19 PM ^
The Cyclones have a home game against TCU next week.
College GameDay in Ames, ya'll!

The only chance Texas has is overtime. They can't move the ball at all right now.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:20 PM ^
And now OkSU is playing for OT - and UT is apparently fine with that.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:42 PM ^
Why would you throw that??
October 21st, 2017 at 3:42 PM ^
The freshman QB giveth, and he taketh away
October 21st, 2017 at 3:42 PM ^
Texas: What the fuck was THAT?!?
October 21st, 2017 at 3:44 PM ^
Cue the Texas FUCK! girl.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:43 PM ^
October 21st, 2017 at 3:44 PM ^
What the fuck is wrong with Mike Gundy's hair
October 21st, 2017 at 3:44 PM ^
If that's wrong, I don't want to be right.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:44 PM ^
Texas fans seem...displeased with this game.
Literally any other play but throwing the ball lazily into the endzone would have worked in this situation.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:47 PM ^
they make our bunch look positively savvy by comparison.
Put aside that not a single one of them can come down with a contested ball, a receiver NEVER simply takes himself out of bounds at the end of a sideline route, you ALWAYS turn it up the field if your QB is rolling your way unless you're well behind the sticks and there's room to come back up the sideline. You don't need a wave from the QB, you always should be turning that up. Ehlinger had every right to think his idiot WR was going to turn and head into the endzone where he could fight for a jump ball.
Still ill-advised? Sure, in that situation, but not as awful as it looked. I'd put 70% of the blame on the receiver.
October 21st, 2017 at 3:47 PM ^
That last play is like watching a great movie that just ends horribly for no reason at all.

I typed it into google and it automatically brought up mass effect ending, so it must've been forgettable.

Good to see Indiana's momentary competence only comes out against Michigan.
And then, of course, they get out of it.
