FSU was a top 5 team by the end of last year and was projected to do even better this year.
It shows what the loss of a QB and a couple of other key injuries can do to a program . . .

Ok. State that is. Texas taking the game to them

Purdue's recievers really suck, they drop everything. If Rutgers can just follow the Michigan gameplan, run every play and play defense, they'll pull this out.

Rutgers scores a TD and the marching band plays . . . and the PA plays a loud horn that drowns out the band. Ah, Rutgers...
October 21st, 2017 at 2:11 PM ^
Is it at all concerning that Rutgers is dominating Purdue? Depending on how tonight goes I may become irrationally worried
October 21st, 2017 at 2:15 PM ^
Purdue's outgained them by a large margin. This score is weird.

Lose your QB and their entire team is a mess. Even with JOK being turrible, the rest of the team is good enough to have us lingering in the top 25. FSU isn't so lucky

is how i envision us being successful tonight, roll outs, quick throws, everything within 10 yards, slow deliberate clock eating plays, smart 4th down decisions, shorten the game and grind it out

That roughing the passer call on Louisville was awful. That penalty is out of control.
October 21st, 2017 at 2:33 PM ^
So instead of a turnover on downs FSU scores on the next play by recovering their own fumble in the end zone. Naturally.

but that performance tells you more about Louisville's 'defense' than it tells you about AJ

Northwestern-Iowa is the most Big Ten West game ever. Pretty much every year.
October 21st, 2017 at 2:38 PM ^
What Iowa is to Michigan, Northwestern is to Iowa. The 'Cats have taken the lead and just picked Iowa off.

Purdue has 19 first downs but is 1-12 on 3rd down. That's a really strange combination.

It drives me crazy watching literaly every other team run short routes that get guys wide open for an easy 5 yards. We can't get any easy yards in the passing game to save our lives.
