We need Marshall, Johnson,Kemp and at least 2 of the freshman to be ready to play next year. Tackle is a little trickier but landing one or both of Tufele and Solomon will be huge. When you look at the talent coming in and the sheer bodies amassed these last couple classes on the DL....you can't help but smile. We just need some guys to grow up fast to keep up the precedent set this year.

Very tough to say how the line is going to be next year. I think they'll be very good, but I don't think they'll be as good as they were this year. You had 8-9 guys all playing at a high level, all of whom would start or get significant amounts of snaps at any most other school in America. They were so good because they could all stay rested with the stupid amount of depth they had. That depth is almost all gone after the Orange Bowl.

Hurst coming back next year will be a very big help, but there is going to be a lot asked of both he and Gary. They're the only guys returning next year with significant amounts of experience. Mone has ridiculous potential but we've only seen him in spurts. Everyone else is either a freshman or was buried on the depth chart.

Need some freshman and RS freshman to step up next year, like you said.

It builds on itself. Guys like Wormley and Hurst and Charlton, although great athletes benefit greatly from having an entire line of strong, high motor, hard working linemates. That overall theme shouldn't change. There is enough talent to switch out these pieces and still be highly effective. The new line should still be disruptive. I'm excited to see where it can go. I love that we're breeding monster DLs again, to me it's my favorite thing to watch during a game. There is nothing that takes the will out of an opponent like dominating the line of scrimmage.

The D-Line just kept some much needed depth so we can expect another good season and with a few breaks in the right places UM will be doing a "Belly Rub" with the B1G title in their hands in late Nov. With a QB whose been there done that we could have a real good season.

Linebackers who can make the run game for opponents dicey at best. Guys that were recruited by Jimmy his first year will start blooming throughout the season. Without looking @ the schedule they should have homes games with OSU, MSU, Iowa, and away with PSU and Wisky. Next year could be a great year. And as always Go Blue!
