I did not complain about the old site as it has been free and a great blog for UM fans. However, this new site is not very good for the reasons others have stated. I don't know much about the difficulty or expense in making these blogs look and perform as intended, but I do frequent MGoBlog far less than I did prior to the change. I still hope to see the necessary changes. I am grateful that the site exists, because it has been the premier blog/site for UM football and other sports for a long time.

Agree. This is a bunch of nothing. Soft egos around here.

06/28/2018 - 11:31am Congrats to Andrew. I will…

Congrats to Andrew. I will drop the obligatory "I hate ohio" as much as anybody, but he is doing well snagging that position. By the way, ohio has a winning record against Beilein during his tenure, and split games this past season. I believe Michigan has the better Coach, but Andrew is doing what most basketball loving, job seeking individuals would do under the circumstances. Go Blue

When Velazquez pounds Haskins into the turf, I will rejoice.

I still prefer this option: Burn it down. Burn it all down.

The sparty link at the end of the article led to a good read. Thanks

I think the old site was much, much better. I don't want to bitch too much since the site is free and I've loved it for years. However, the loss of the app makes this a double whammy. Worse full site, and no app. I don't like it. But thanks for still making it free.

04/18/2018 - 12:51pm Xlarge size upvote for

Senator Davis ...  shheeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiittttt

03/04/2018 - 7:58am I hope Drevno is successful in his position,

even though I hate USC. Puzzled that he could not get UM's OL to excellence. I agree with the other posters who point out the lack of tenacity and through-the-whistle aggressiveness. Several plays come to mind. One is when Speight got hit by the Purdue D when sitting down with his back to the D. The entire OL should have been all over that fucker's shit, but they stood there as if it was a benign event. Can't remember the player's name, but that ditry hit took out our starter, and our OL looked like they didn't give a shit. Otherwise, there are countless live action plays where the OL looks unenthusiastic and unenergetic.

03/04/2018 - 7:50am Danni is gorgeous, has a

great voice, and seems like a natural for television. I see ESPN or another network in her future. She definitely has the look, voice and easy going personality for big time media. Thanks for the porch talk, would love to see more.

02/21/2018 - 12:05pm Not surprised by this

basketfull of fuckery in the cesspool state.

02/21/2018 - 11:58am UMfan21, this was the highlight

of my day, wish I could upvote more than +1 due to the extended length of one of Zeppelin's best tunes, an all time classic. Fucking awesome GIF. Kudos

01/17/2018 - 12:08pm Quilted Northern,

my ass loves that shit.

01/17/2018 - 12:05pm Nice upgrade,

should be a tantalizing enticement to the athletes who consider Michigan as their college choice. Go Blue!

12/20/2017 - 12:51pm I hope we unleash

that VanSumeren-kracken on all teams that are so deserving of a smackdown (looking at sparty and those hairless nuts).

12/18/2017 - 12:02pm Lots of 4/5 stars

will wait until February I think. Luckily, we may still have some push for a couple of them.

12/18/2017 - 11:45am I was going to

answer August Ames (RIP), and a month straight in some tropical paradise without any commitments or obligations, but the Angel of Death is real. A UM championship within two years? Is that too much to ask?

11/22/2017 - 4:26pm Just keeping it simple;

fuck ohio state.

11/21/2017 - 12:34pm UM 31

osu 26, book it.   A guy can be optimistic right?

11/21/2017 - 12:22pm Every buckeyed hairless nut

who posts on this thread, go fuck yourselves. Inbreds

11/21/2017 - 12:04pm These threads are glorious,

you MF'ers got me laughing so hard today. thank you

11/09/2017 - 11:42am I have always been

baffled by Jeep popularity given their terrible reliability ratings over time. Seems like if they could nail reliability, it would make them more money. Like Honda nailed the Pilot model, with perhaps the exception of the most recent one, there are some who look for 2008-2013 models because they are so reliable and utilitarian. I rented a Jeep Cherokee that had 15,000 miles on it, and it there were loose sounds from different areas, running a bit rough, and some other issues. Not sure what others think, but I wouldn't buy a Jeep.

11/09/2017 - 11:37am Dear WD, love is great,

but unintentional pregnancies are not great. Whatever you do, birth control is your very best friend. The kind of birth control YOU control. Advice'd

11/09/2017 - 11:05am Yes

truly mind-bottling.

11/09/2017 - 11:02am Mattison is fantastic,

I think he will be here for years. He loves the game, and I hear he loves Michigan and coaching there. Family local, nice pay, no reason to leave other than age, and hell, he is pretty spritely if you ask me.

11/08/2017 - 12:19pm That was fun,

thanks for posting it.

11/07/2017 - 3:39pm I choose Option 1,

because I hate Ohio State that much.

11/07/2017 - 3:38pm I'm upvoting the OP

because it led to a good discussion about actual football   +1

11/07/2017 - 3:30pm Fair enough,

did not now about the rehaul. It certainly needed one. I will look for it.

11/07/2017 - 3:20pm I bought a new vehicle once,

my first car purchase after my first career hire. Since then, I buy only used, because the savings are so significant. I also buy reliable vehicles, like Honda, Toyota, and so forth. Wish Jeeps were more reliable, along with some other American brands that still don't match Asian car quality, generally speaking.

11/07/2017 - 3:16pm The Subaru,

Forester and CRV are very good vehicles. The Equinox, however, is crap. Recent versions slightly better than the first garbage Equinox. I would recommend them to no one.

11/06/2017 - 1:26pm This debate reminds me of the

'bird in the hand is worth two in the bush' metaphor. We have room for Speight even if Peters demonstrates superiority. If Peters keeps the job, Speight is one hell of a backup. And that does not even consider McCaffrey, etc.

11/06/2017 - 12:58pm I am looking forward to Brand's

meeting with Mo Hurst. I hope to see them meet many times, up close and personal.

11/06/2017 - 12:57pm OL blocked better,

Minnesota was mediocre, running backs looked quicker and ran harder. Looking forward to see if they can sustain this against better defenses. Higdon is the most complete back UM has right now, hope he gets at least 20 carries per game from now on.

11/06/2017 - 12:47pm Yes, could be a number of things,

which also includes the placeholder, etc. Whatever the case, he is a freshman. I imagine his accolades early on made you expect permanent perfection? I believe the good coaching and his competitive fire will iron out the wrinkles quickly. If its an injury, he must still be the best chance to score at that position.

11/03/2017 - 5:01pm Fuck

Fleck. There, I said it, you're damn right it ws a dig. I hope we wreck that team.

10/31/2017 - 12:24pm Part of me loved seeing

PSU way ahead of OSU last Saturday. I loved the look on Meyer's face. The other part of me loved seeing PedU fall, because of the obvious reasons. What a weird way to watch a game.

10/31/2017 - 12:20pm Don't know about Kelly,

seems like some teams see him as a coach with baggage as a negative variable. I understand he will always be employable, but didn't he have some program issues at Oregon?

10/31/2017 - 12:17pm Yes, happy to see Higdon separating

himself from the bunch. Some of us were wanting him to get more carries and now he is. Love his running style, and seems like a cool young man.

10/30/2017 - 10:43pm The Gophers

will be road kill. Book it. New QB, new enthusiasm, middling opponent. They can row the boat. We will damn the torpedos.

10/30/2017 - 10:39pm McDoom has taken

frosted tips to a whole new level.

10/30/2017 - 12:23pm Thanks for these

info blasts on Gardner, Houma, etc., I still live in the 'what-if' dreamland of Gardner as UM QB, and would love to see him make it into the League someday. Go Blue

10/30/2017 - 12:10pm Excuse me for this,

but fuck Frost and his mouthy mother. I do recommend him for Tennessee.

10/30/2017 - 12:08pm Peters would have to

really self destruct to get pulled for Speight. Furthermore, Speights injury was pretty serious in my opinion. He was sitting with his back to the defender when that fat-ass plowed him in the back. Dirty play from my perspective. Was screaming at the telly for a penalty; refs were blind to it.

10/30/2017 - 12:05pm Charlie Strong could

be had for a reasonable price. He might be a good fit down there.

10/30/2017 - 12:01pm I ditto everything you

just posted. Florida can be so damn miserable during the summer, especially, and there is nothing special about that particular area. Lots of deep south rednecks in the area, and the ugliness was actually understated by GoBlueInNYC

10/26/2017 - 1:00pm Thanks for the embed,

those were great triggers for recollecting on some great plays and great times in UM history.

10/26/2017 - 12:50pm Fantastic football

related contribution. Would give you more than +1 if it were possible. Go Blue

10/26/2017 - 12:37pm I'm with you,

I saw two t-shirts I like, the rest is no good. Thankfully, my wallet won't take a hard hit this season, I'm good with what I have. Thanks WD

10/25/2017 - 1:13pm Boner, that's

a winner!
