01/22/2019 - 11:57pm  You care, you posted. Fans…

You care, you posted. Fans are the REASON there is an NFL for theses guys to dream of, the reason they train for million dollar contracts is because fans pay money. These case aren't really about the fans or even the university, it's about teammates. I think if you asked the players to answer anonymously I think you would see they care. Nobody wants to suit up and  sacrifice their body to lose.

01/22/2019 - 11:27pm  With players sitting out…

With players sitting out for non-playoff bowl games, it seems like the logical course would be expand the playoff. The only other course is to remove some of the bowl games and we all know that isn't going to happen.

It's funny how you guys like to quote Bo's " the team, the team, the team" but are ok with it when captains sit out and put themselves above the team. You're not just playing for yourself and your family, you're playing for the guy next to you. I'm not in the situation to sell out my friends for millions of dollars, so I don't really know what I'd do but, I'd like to think I'd be there until the end when everything was finished.

If you have multiple potential first round picks, Scouts will be at the practices and games.....  now if they don't practice or play....

12/29/2018 - 6:06pm It is what it is, all you…

It is what it is, all you heard all year was how close this team was but obviously that Ohio state game effected the players like it effected the fans. Too many injuries, too many folks quit, if you feel they had good reason that's cool but, they still quit.

I dont think you can come up with a more opposite example of what the fans perceive as the core of Michigan football

12/29/2018 - 5:55pm  All I could think about was…

All I could think about was, so much for The Team, The team, The team. Not sure what I expected with major players out especially on defense either injured or just choosing not to play but it wasn't that.

 Another good season ended poorly

12/25/2018 - 10:07pm and every announcer for…

and every announcer for every home game, That's not a boo, they're saying coooooop, for 3-4 years. hehe :D

12/24/2018 - 7:25am Few things things here…

Few things things here. Green Bay and Cleveland chatter, Harbaugh says no, no interest but, the Jets.... the Jets have a shot? Wouldn't you be required to live near New Jersey at least part of the year? Could you imagine Harbaugh on the Jersey Shore?

12/13/2018 - 12:58pm  We scored 39 points the…

We scored 39 points the problem wasn't the offensive game plan. Their offensive game was throw to whoever Brandon Watson was covering, unfortunately they were open every single time. I think like how we were surprised by Wimbush being able to throw a completable pass, we were surprised when the OSU receivers caught one. I don't see why they didn't pull Watson for a speedier Corner after he got burned so often and so badly the entire first half. Go back and look at every big play OSU had in the passing game and you'll see number 28 in the frame.

12/13/2018 - 12:44pm The difference being,…

The difference being, Harbaugh was pre-negligent homicide and Saban was post. That's a pretty big difference. What your saying is kinda like Ted Kaczynski went to U of M so that reflects poorly on the college because he decided at some point in his life to send bombs in the mail. People are responsible for their own decisions.

It's almost like Saban is trying to submarine his program just to see what he can get away with.

11/25/2018 - 10:24am It's all about the rivalry…

It's all about the rivalry games and championships. If you are beating Notre dame, MSU and most importantly Ohio state folks are happy. It's like going all you can eat buffet and filling up on ice cubes.

11/24/2018 - 4:48pm What to look forward to?…

What to look forward to? Game of thrones, Stranger things probably. No conference championship, no playoff equals a failed season.

This is the season, if he can play he will play.

11/23/2018 - 11:17pm Twas the night before the…

Twas the night before the game and all through the shoe, everyone's coolers were full of poo poo. Urbs with his headaches and John coopers toupee had just finished updating Urbans new resume.

This guy has Press credentials? I have a feeling this guy won't be invited to Mark Dantonio's annual Christmas sleepover.

11/09/2018 - 10:13am They had to pump up the ACC…

They had to pump up the ACC because Clemson wasn't playing too great. If you manufacture a few top 15 wins for Clemson, you can justify them being undefeated at 2 and Notre Dame undefeated at 4 (in the first week). I just hope the B1G stomps teams this bowl season.

11/07/2018 - 10:11pm Couldn't you just make a…

Couldn't you just make a personalized jersey, number 4 with last name Harbaugh? How do they know you're not Steve Harbaugh

11/04/2018 - 7:16pm Every fan base has folks…

Every fan base has folks like that. You're sanctimonious post really just comes off as snarky and self righteous. I'll agree the few folks who posted fire Harbaugh were ridiculous, I'd be willing to bet just as many if not more were calling for Urban's head after Purdue and Nebraska ( but they were perfectly fine with him coming back after Zach Smith)

11/02/2018 - 1:21pm Webber is one of my favorite…

Webber is one of my favorite U of M basketball players ever. Considering the racist response a lot of Michigan fans had towards the Fab 5 even before the scandal with Webber, it's no surprise so many hold a grudge.

1. The players should be paid

2. not many ( my guess is not one of you) would have turned down that much money as a teenager.

3. it was almost 30 years ago, get over it

11/02/2018 - 11:53am The main problem with the…

The main problem with the SEC is you never know how good or bad they really ar until bowl season.  Every year we hear about how great the SEC is, some years they live up to it, some years their top defense gives up 400 rushing yards to Wisconsin.... This year the SeC has 1 complete team, followed by a few teams with good defenses and bad to terrible offenses (LSU, Florida, Georgia).

This just goes to show you why we need teams like Wisconsin, Northwestern, Iowa  and Ohio state   to win games and beef up our resume ( Penn State and MSU should never win another game until karma is satisfied)

Secretly wondering how many generations it will take for some men to fully develop vaginas. Annnd down votes incoming but, it was worth it :D

10/31/2018 - 2:13am If Auburn beats Texas A&M…

If Auburn beats Texas A&M they'll be ranked in the top ten. I'm only half joking here.

10/31/2018 - 12:04am I must be in the minority…

I must be in the minority lol but, I'd take Rudock or Patterson over Henne. I think people get caught up because Henne was so good his freshman year ( for a freshman) but he never really improved from his freshman year. Statiscally, both Patterson and Rudock are killing Henne in just about every category that matter.

10/30/2018 - 11:32pm If Notre Dame loses to NW,…

If Notre Dame loses to NW, they drop behind us. If we win out, we will have beat NW twice probably. Early season road losses do not matter as much as late season road losses.

10/30/2018 - 11:27pm  Just pull for Michigan,…

Just pull for Michigan, nothing else matters. If Michigan wins out, no way they keep a 1 loss B1G champ out ( not to mention their only loss is to the current number 3).

I do want to rant a little bit though. A few weeks back Oregon beat Washington, during the broadcast, one of the announcers says, the pac 12 is pretty much done as far as the CFP goes. The reason ( he presumed Oregon would win the Pac-12) was how soft Oregon's non-conference schedule was. I just wondered have they looked at Alabama's non-conference schedule... or alabama's schedule period? Have they looked at Clemson's schedule? Clemson has a shot to make the CFP without beating a single top 25 team at season's end. How can you rank UCF at 9 because of a soft schedule and close win but, rank Clemson 2nd with just as soft of a schedule and a close win?

So let me get this right, Mork loved our D but, he liked Saban's D as much if not more?

10/22/2018 - 11:26pm The question wasn't would…

The question wasn't would you rather lose every game but, win the Osu game. It was beat OSU or win a national title. Every other year I'd say win a national championship easily but, man it's been a long dry spell VS. Ohio state

10/20/2018 - 5:44pm Penn State had their heart…

Penn State had their heart ripped out by Ohio state and MSU kicked it a crossed the street.

I don't remember if it was this site on another speculating that Urban would retire at the end of the year an Day would take over. I know ESPN was reporting Day was the coach in waiting but, they back tracked off that, then Urban had the "headache".. Take it for what it's worth, an internet rumor.

Ha, that didn't take long. First time posting on the new board and unfortunately didn't see an edit button. What's done is done, shame on me for not proof reading my blog post ;D

Nice way to start off this stretch. I'll enjoy this win tonight but, tomorrow morning I'll start to prepare for Michigan State... :D

10/12/2018 - 5:46am Hard work pays off in the…

Hard work pays off in the end. This guy takes 0 plays off and I love watching him play.

There is a saying, I'm sure most of you have heard.... something about those who stay. I'm just glad scouts are noticing the work this guy puts in every Saturday.

10/10/2018 - 11:54am  Folks say that every year…

Folks say that every year and yet Bama has only gone undefeated once under Saban. I know it's hard to believe with the way ESPN rides their D%^& all day, talking how they could beat the Browns. It's just 11 guys on a football field like any other Saturday.

Didn't we create the offer parent a job on "staff" loop hole that was recently closed?

The students don't want to attend those games, they want to sell off thier tickets to them.

Maybe Alabama should schedule less Texas Southerns and Arkansas states...

10/02/2018 - 1:06pm It wasn't just about that…

It wasn't just about that horrible last offensive play, their defense switched up most of the second half. When they attacked OSU, they shut them down. That loss is squarely on their coaching staff

09/26/2018 - 1:48pm But, being in a position to…

But, being in a position to save a company 2 million a year generally means you are well compensated  for your position. Now if the company "Hired" you and said they'll compensate you with free lunch and use of the employee bathroom, then we're in the same ball park atleast :D.

It's not really one game dictating a season as much as a decade of losing that one game and feeling a ton of butt hurt.

He later tweeted,  What media day, I don't recall that.

Worst thread I've seen in a long time. The kid is a true sophomore, didn't even have a position coach last year. He's going to be and IS doing just fine

09/08/2018 - 11:28pm  I'm just hoping the Notre…

I'm just hoping the Notre Dame game was our Virginia tech (Warriner's first game with Ohio State). That year ended alright for them, keep hope alive

08/16/2018 - 11:49am  See, I think it's the total…

See, I think it's the total opposite. I don't think the match up has much to do with Notre Dame's offense vs. Michigan's defense, I just don't see their offense moving the ball. They have to throw to beat us, quickly, efficiently and most of all accurately, neither of which is Wimbush.

The biggest question is how much does Michigan's offense improve and does (changing coordinator) Notre Dame's defense regress. Most of these guys on the Notre Dame side line were playing during that 4-8 season.

It should be an interesting game but, I think it plays out to Michigan's strengths.... or hopes, because Michigan addressed it's weaknesses.

08/14/2018 - 12:33pm  This has about as much to…

This has about as much to do with Urban Meyer / Will Muschamp as it does with Jim Harbaugh, which absolutely nothing. D.J is a grown man as makes his own adult decisions

Mostly, we would have been talking about the Spring game highlights and lowlights the past month but, we didn't have one. What do you really need to know at this point that would change anything? All I want to know starts with ND and ends with OSU
