Which players that are not currently receiving any hype that you are most excited to see?
For me on offense I am most excited to see the progression of Ty Isacc, If he has improved on his spring performance I think he can over take Smith and may be our next 1000 yd back!
On defense I have to go with Dymonte Thomas, he brings more athleticism and speed to the free safety position than we had last year, and if he is able to be as dependable as J. Wilson was last year, he could be all conference!

Even though he may not play this coming season, Quinn Nordin would have to be my choice. I mean, when was the last time we had a kicker that we could confidently send out there to kick FGs of 50 yards or even more.

Hudson. Considering he's supposed to be Peppers' heir apparent, I'm hoping to see some real signs of potential from him this Fall. And then:
Walker. I'm hoping he's the game changer at the position that we so desperately need. We haven't had a home run threat at the position since Hart left. And Denard does not count.

Hart wasn't a homerun threat. He was a great back who got every inch possible in a crowd, but he would get tracked down from behind regularly.

De'Veon looks like he could be something special this year, and he was tough to bring down last year, but he's not the home run threat.

The first year, Touissant had a great stutter step that made defensive backs miss tackles. The next year that was either coached out of him or he was used as a power back rather than a shifty back. In the NFL he seems to be back to his early form. When they started running him into the middle of the line to kill the clock in the Penn State game, I knew we would lose - and we did. What I love about the current coaches is that not only do they recruit to fit their offensive philosopy; they adapt the offense to fit the strengths of the players they have.
I am really looking forward to seeing Wheatly run over corner backs for yards after reception.

and Kekoa Crawford and Nate Johnson on offense. Even if they don't play this year, have a hunch they will do great things at Michigan. All have speed and athleticism.

Khalid Hill at Fullback, Mike McCray II at Linebacker, various Tight Ends

I'd say one of the O line not mentioned too much, like Kyle Kalis or Ben Braden.
I think if these guys put it together this year the O line can be very good.

Gedeon, in light of getting his redshirt burned in the late 2013, looked AMAZING for a freshman in the last few games of 2013.
I assumed he would have a huge breakout for us after that.
But after not being in the starting 3 in 2014, and the multi-look defense we had in 2015, I'm REALLY hoping he can have an all-star Senior-year, like so many other great Michigan players and really help put this team over the top.
That and Bryan Mone. I'm sure the kid is absolutely hungry to see the field and be part of that monstrous defensive line.

I feel like everyone has forgotten about him (not even listed in everyone's DL 2 deep, even Brian has left him off) despite the fact that he is a solid player and would be starting for most teams. He's going to allow us to rotate Gary, Wormley, Charlton, and Hurst in a way we wouldn't be able to if we did not have him.

decent OL= decent season, great OL=???? Therefore to the OP's question---Ben Bredeson. I saw him the night before the OSU game and thought he could play tomorrow. With months of S&C and Drevno coaching ... no red shirt for you young man.
