Happy Friday POSBANG! Another work week is almost over, and for those of us Northerners, summer is almost here, and the Softball Team plays Mizzou as it moves forward in the WCWS - Go Blue!
And of course it is Memorial Day weekend as I hope we all will take a few moments to think about the brave Men and Women who have died while serving our country, Salute!

In much of the east, midwest and southwest parts of the country it's going to be "Hot, Hot, Hot" today.
Safe travels to all who will be on the road this weekend . . and much respect and honor to all who've given their lives in service of the United States of America and all those who continue to serve.

Whatever you are doing this weekend, remember to do it with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind.
The Fridays which come up against holiday weekends like this are actually the times when it is sort of nice to go into work, in my opinion, but these are usually the days which are meeting-free and therefore days where things can actually be accomplished. I am already resigned to the idea of being down to a skeleton crew today, so there are projects on which I can move forward without too much interruption.
Of course, if anything happens where we need to respond to something in a hurry, that will be perhaps an issue, so fingers crossed for no sudden problems, or a least hopefully they can fester over the holiday weekend. I won't be answering my voice mails after 4 PM or so anyway.
