Speculation: Fuller possibly to M?

Submitted by LebronJames on

Take this with a grain of salt and place whatever value you wish. This can probably be chalked up as a complete troll however with the "silent commitment" thread looming over our heads, this might be of some interest.

I was playing Counter Strike, when someone notices my Steam Block M avatar, and asks if I go to the school to which I reply yes. Then he asks if I know his friend Jabrill Peppers, to which I say no, but I know of him. He then tells me his other friend is about to commit to Michigan.

I ask him who his other friend is. He responds, "Jordan Fuller." I proceed to ask him how he knows him, and he said he played football with him. I ponder this new rumor I was just told, and then after a minute I tell him I know a little about Fuller, but that I also heard he's rumored to favor OSU. He responds, "Yea but I think he's down to Michigan or ND."

Not much, but it's a little nugget. He said he was from Jersey, and didnt really say anything about football after that or anything else on the matter.

Not sure how feasible this would even be. Is Fuller's high school even in close proximity to PC where this alleged friend would know both Peppers and Fuller? I also would like to think he's not trolling as I would imagine he would like to continue the troll and press me further into conversation about it.

Thoughts?

I too spent much time playing Risk with roommates in college. Sometimes instead of going to class. We adopted a rule limiteing the armies received for turning in cards, so we'd have games that lasted for a week. On occasion, we'd play a version in which the loser of an attack had to take a shot of Stolie. Fun times.

Asteroids on some guy's first-generation PC . . . Coomdore, TRS80, something like that.

It took him a half hour to load the game from a cassette.  The PC had no hard drive.

Maybe this is how Fuller is committing instead of doing a hat dance?
Me? I would have committed to UM by leaking the news to someone playing Mario Tennis.

I'd engage in a Pokemon battle on my Game Boy Color, cable linked to another Game Boy Color held by a reporter, and at the start of the battle, my 1st pokemon would be named "I Will Be", then I switch to "Attending the", then switch to "University", then finally end with "of Michigan"

to UM. That way if he doesn't (which I strongly believe that he'll land at OSU) I won't be as heartbroken. There are several other big time players that are much more likely to be a Wolverine - Best for me to concentrate on those guys. As of right now, i'm going to stick with 247sports and their crystal ball that has Fuller something like 88% to the Buckeyes.

This site has turn into a complete fucking clownshow. Wake me up next week when all this bullshit it over. If this guy is still here when I get back everyone should just pack up and go home.

The "silent commitment" is announcing on NSD (allegedly). Fuller is announcing on Monday. So now we have a mystery silent commitment, plus a BONUS Fuller friend-of-a-friend-of-an-online-gamer theory. Yeah buddy. 35 commit class, coming up!

From the punctuation guide: "The em dash is perhaps the most versatile punctuation mark. Depending on the context, the em dash can take the place of commas, parentheses, or colons—in each case to slightly different effect. " Not Gary but another blue chipper..... Substitute "em dash" with "Jabrill Peppers" Commas = Nickelback parentheses = Running Back Colons = punt returner Em dash is Jabrill, Jabrill is Em Dash....... Cue the mind blown gif....
