Lost my big sis in Ann Arbor this past summer after a year-long fight with an aggressive form of cancer. Really puts things in perspective. My thoughts are with the family.

...all of a sudden... I hope he is at peace, and I hope eventually his family can find peace. I may be missing a link somewhere, is there a medical research fund that has been designated for memorial donations?

thoughts and prayers go out to the Carr and Curtis families...

Even though it was expected........but then it is never really expected for those beautiful children.

Boy, do I feel sorrow for the entire Carr Family, but Chad is in a better place now.  The strong little man endured so much pain in his short life that it just is not fair.

My two-year old grandson and five-year old grand daughter are flying in from SoCal for Thanksgiving.  There will be so many hugs for the entire family.

I will pray for the Carr Family tonight.

this breaks my heart and immediately puts tears in my eyes.

Prayers go out to his family.

Countless thanks to Chad .... I have been hugging my little Wolverines twice as much since reading his story.

Absolutely heartbroken. This picture is so powerful and I can't help but get choked up by it. Cancer sucks and there's no other words I can say! Many prayers and good vibes to Chad and the rest of the Carr Family!

This is week is just football. Today is a reminder of what really matters: Family.

Huge your loved ones a little longer Thursday. Appreciate them. Cherish them.  Never, ever take them for granted.

Having had to bury two little ones myself (infant son and infant daughter), my deepest sympathies and prayers go to the family and all who knew him.  His amazing fight will never be forgotten.

Rest in Peace little man.

I know Chad's family is grounded in faith. That doesn't make this easy at all, and at times like this my theology feels very inadequate. But in the end, it's a source of strength. Plus, I believe Chad got quite a welcoming reception. I can almost envision Bo with a football saying, "Hey kid, want to play catch?"

As a father I can't imagine. As a Michigan man, the dulcet strains of the alma mater go through my head...

"Sing to the colors that float in the light, Hurrah for the yellow and blue..."

Thoughts to the Carr family on this saddest of days.

I'm speechless, sad and in tears as this is the most painful thing for any adults to have to go thru.  Thoughts and prayers to the Carr family as their little man inspired many and was a hell of a fighter.  Go Chad!!!

fan base. Then it went beyond and for a little while brought rivals together to do things no one thought possible. He will always be in the hearts of all Wolverine new fsns. Take good care of him Bo. You are both missed.

As a Father of 3 young ones,i would not be able to handle it if one of my own passed away at such a young age. my thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

What a brave little man. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Lost my father to cancer and both my mother and wife are breast cancer survivors. When they retire jerseys this Saturday will be thinking of Chad in his Michigan jersey. And more tears
