Oregon's not a team you want to spot 20 points.

UM outgained ND in yardage in that game... They weren't getting shut down offensively, they just didn't put up any points... at all...
I don't know which is actually "worse"

This game is like the Gator Bowl in 2010.

yards this half, a year or so from now this game will be remembered as one of those games in which the defense let the team down.

RR always got whipped by any team with a good defense. Yeah his offense could score a lot of points on the IL of the world.

Chip Kelly's current version doesn't seem to be so QB-dependent. He's morphed it into a version where the quarterback doesn't run very much, and the throws seem to be easier than the usual pro-style offense. I can't think of an NFL team where the gap between the QB's level and the overall level of the offense is as large.

Offensive mastermind Rich Rodriguez with 25 yards of offense at half. Against a defense that gave up 41 to Cal.

Yes he did.

People forget that Arizona had one possession wins over UTSA, Neveda, and Cal. They were 6-1 in 1 possession games. They were incredibly close to being and 8-4 team with a couple of bad losses. With the way USC and UCLA look they likely won't get this close again for a while.

It seems like RR always has some wtf games. He lost to a bad Pitt team to knock him out of the NCG in 2007 13-9 and then came back to beat Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl.

Heck, I’m still not sure if Oregon’s D is playing really good or whether Arizona’s offense is just playing really bad. I guess it's some of both.

The one thing this offense can do is score quickly. So Zona isn't out of it. But man they look awful on offense. This might be a situation where the moment is too big for the team.

Yeah, beating #2 and making it to the conference championship with 2 and 3 star freshmen recruits is something that is going to make people stop thinking he's a good coach.
I don't want him back at michigan, but i don't want him to fail. A loss here doesn't make me think he didn't do something fucking incredible with the talent he has right now..... and they have two consecutive wins over oregon before this game.... what ranked teams has michigan beat lately?
