Secondly we were reminded twice this week of the wider world. We had someone return from a foreign land in which he was glad to just read the board when he could as it was a slice of home. We also of course remembered 9/11. We have a great deal to be thankful for, we get to watch and cheer on a team we love, in a sport we love. Win or lose I support and root for Michigan.

Screw cancer and hope it is defeated one day. I second all your statements and whole heartedly thank all the healthcare professionals working tirelessly to cure this affliction faceed by far too many people. I also show my support to any who are currently suffering and wish for them to get healthy.

Today should be a great day. Going to go cut some wood with my Dad, and then driving up to Petoskey to watch my Cadillac Vikings take on Petoskey. The only thing that would make this day better would be if you guys went to the Win Tickets Posbang thread and upvoted me.

This is (finally) a "breather" weekend for us. A badly needed one, as the previous month was, and the next (the next two, really) will be, insanity. And it HOPEFULLY includes a Michigan game that won't elevate my blood pressure or depress my emotional state. Tigers wins would be appreciated as well. GO BLUE!!!
