This will be the repository for hot take regarding the offensive performance in the BTCG.

DE is awesome. Mullins is looking like a good back who is going to get better with more practice. Cannot believe he played that well without much reps. JJ can make plays when needed. I loved that he took some chances. Some worked and one did not work. That is ok. He is the X factor and will be the reason for us to win it all, if we were to win it all. 4 weeks of practice is going to be awesome. Can't wait to see what happens. I have a slight hope BC comes back. But happy with who they have now. Have to say Purdue played heck of a game. O'Connell is a warrior. Can't say that about Stroud.

I’m confident in Michigan’s ability to out-physical 2 of the 3 teams they may face in the playoff. Think (unlike last year) they’ll need to come up with a better plan for Georgia.

I don't think it will matter in the CFP, but they try to close out games against inferior opponents using 2 pages of the playbook, and all of the 3rd and 7s it leads to suck to watch from an emotional standpoint.

That’s an effect of the air raid offense.  Very few big plays; lots of dinks and dunks.  It works great between the 20s and bogs down in the red zone.  Which is… exactly what Purdue did, and exactly why Michigan allowed them to do it.

O'Connell is just that good and that is the way Purdue plays. The other reason being we are +1 on turnovers. Points is the best stat. These stats are misleading as we had too many big plays compared to Purdue. Purdue was a dink and dunk offense and it showed today. They were successful but could not execute when needed most, in the Red Zone -- Difference between great team and a good team.

Jim Harbaugh - Which stat is the most over-rated stat?  All of them, except the score.

You forgot to circle time of possession.

The plan to stop passing teams is to keep the ball in front of you and NOT let them beat you with big plays and then stop them in the red zone.

I still think it's weird that so many receivers disappear for such long stretches, but I was so happy for Ronnie Bell to catch that touchdown pass. He has been through so much here.

Played a great second half against a game Purdue team.  JJ threw a lot of great passes.  Guys made several tough catches and C. Loveland's TD catch was epic.  Donovan was brilliant.  Offensive line was terrific.  13 & 0 , Big10 Champs repeat is fantastic accomplishment.  Well done Michigan football !!

Running game did what it normally does. Donovan Edwards is an absolute superstar

Honestly I thought JJ played well today apart from the one bad INT.

It would have been nice to see the offensive line break down the Purdue defense earlier, but, given the 20-minute commercial breaks after touchdowns - they could serve evening tea and crumpets between possessions, send the players into the locker room for treatments, sauna, naps. I've seen cricket test matches that were shorter than that commercial marathon.

Interception aside, that 43 was a season-high total against Purdue's defense, and a solid overall effort.

Enviable depth at RB.  Donovan is coming into his own.  Good plays by Bell, Schoon, and Loveland.  O Line mashing faces in yet another 2nd half.  The staff must've seen Seth's charting and my posts about Mullings.  Good to see him becoming a mooseback, fulfilling his destiny.

JJ's ill-advised "heat check" INT throw was one blemish.  Hard to nitpick a three-touchdown win in a game to go 13-0.  Only the most delusional Michigan fans are distraught during games like these.
