Sullivan is probably ILB until further notice. He played some true LB in the spring game and they’ll want to get him trained on that first while his body develops.
As much as I’d like to believe that a RB/WR hybrid position exists we should probably cast that from our minds until proven otherwise. We’ve not been given any reason to believe that Percy Harvin/Curtis Samuel is a feature of the Moore/Campbell offense.
Also it may help your future drafts of this to distinguish NT from DT. Our batch of young developmental DTs will have different body types that better align with one or the other. Seth’s depth chart by class is a useful reference.
I think your EDGE spots are a little off. Moores spot is more akin to the Don Brown Anchor/SDE, which is going to be mostly Moore, Bennett, Brandt/Etta (if they ever play them there) Koumba, Nichols, and eventually Edokpayi depending on body development. WDE/OLB still looks like Stewart, Guy, McLaurin/Ishmail, Baxter, year 1 Edokpayi.
Both Mason Curtis and Cole Sullivan are LBs. The degree to which they end up as LB/EDGE tweeners will depend on their development over the next two years.

WRs don’t have short careers if they’re effective. Hell Keenan Allen has been a starter for a decade and is still a solid fantasy pick. MHJ could play for 15 years given his talent.
Highly doubt MHJ stays. He would immediately be a top five receiver in the league and would have a rookie contract paying somewhere between $8-10 million a year with a guarantee of $20-25 million. If Ryan Day thought he’d need $13 million to keep the roster last year he’ll need to triple that with these kinds of figures.
I could maaaybe see it for an RB given the drama around RB compensation in the NFL this season, but even then I’m not sure Henderson would make more than what he’d earn as a second round pick (his current projection) and even then it would be for one year and not a contract. That paired with the risk of injury with his injury history just doesn’t make sense for him to come back. But I said the same thing about Blake Corum last year so who knows.
Well Derrick Moore will have one spot firmly locked down so if McGregor and Stewart stay it seems unlikely we’d need another DE. Plus TJ Guy has flashed a little bit in the DE/OLB role.
My bigger beef with this is that in addition to speculating on a roster before two of the biggest attrition windows (after CFP, after spring ball) you are just woefully uninformed in your prognostication. Alex Orji behind Davis Warren? What leads you to this conclusion, Warren’s dramatic QB draw in The Game?? Any number of draft eligible players coming back? Why? Several of these players have strongly indicated it will be their last year. This whole exercise is meaningless at this point.
