Amazing how many OSU basketball fans there are now, suddenly, eh? I guess if OSU football began with Jim Tressel, OSU basketball began with Thad Matta.

Ditto. I was at a bar outside of Cincinnati watching the games last night. I wanted to pull for the B1G, but after seeing the behavior of the Ohio fanbase, I quickly started to cheer for 'Zona.
Maybe partially due to the Gerry Faust connection, but Cincy probably has more ND fans than OSU fans -- at least, it seems that way during football season. Now, of course, it's OSU hoops fans coming out of the woodwork. "HEY WE HAS A BASKETBALL TEAMS TOO!"
Anyway, my Michigan man cave, located smack dab in the Tri-State, is a haven against Michigan hate. ;-)

Two 1 seeds have already bitten the dust. Tonight it is Michigan's turn to reduce that number of 1 seeds remaining to 1.
I'm hoping Morgan is fully healthy both physically and mentally, I feel he can go a long way to helping to nuetralize Whithey.
I also don't like NCAA tournament days with no games on during the day so I have nothing to distact me from my anticipation from Michigans game.

Is it just me or (knock on wood) are the remaining teams in the tournament looking more and more favorable for M's chances to make a run?
doesn't matter until tomorrow.
I thought he had a good knowledge of the game and understood that they're trying to do. A lot of times Freshman just give you riff raft coachspeak because they're shy/nervous. He sounded like he has a plan.
Time to execute.

In my bracket, I have Kansas winning not just this game, but the entire tournament. My theory is that the cosmos always try to screw me over with bracket picks, so they just might deem it neccessary for Michigan to win. Science.

If the cosmos really wants to screw you over, it would seem more likely that they would have Kansas win this one just to lose the next, thus completely destroying you.
I couldn't even bring myself to fill out a bracket this year. I couldn't pick Michigan to lose and I could see the cosmos lurking...
GO BLUE! Beat them Jayhawks!
March 29th, 2013 at 10:55 AM ^
There's billions and billions of bracket combinations in the cosmos...
There are more than 147 billions OF billions of combinations...

As a KU grad, the thought of Michigan losing this game to the Jayhawks makes me a little sick (though I'm also recovering from a concussion, so that may be part of it). I really need to spend the day focused on kittens or hot air balloons or maybe even work.
In time Magua became blood-brother to Mohawk to become free. In his heart he always was Huron.

I've partied in Lawrence once. I loved it there and The Hawk was pretty fun. I'm from Indiana so it was something different for me. Just wanted to say that!

It's my birthday today and all I want is a Michigan victory tonight. Make it happen! Go Blue!

Nervous and excited at the same time. Heading down to AA after work to take it all in. Good beers and Michigan in the sweet 16 on TV. Not a bad way to spend a Friday evening.

Can somebody pinch me? Is it really Friday? I can't stand it if it's true. How did we get throgh this week?
Anybody else feel completely overwhemled and buried by work? Sympathies if so, because I'm up to my neck.
Not me. I stayed focused. Although I did get a call about application slowness in our NJ office. That's going to have to be pushed off until Monday. I'm checked the F out today.

Long way to go still, but playing OSU in the championship would the most anxious viewing experience of my life.
I saw we're 1.5 to 2 point dogs depending on where you look. I think Kansas's tourney experience is the reason for that. Should be a great game, hope our guard play is the difference.
My family and I went fishing in the Keys today. Before we cast the first line, I jokingly said I wanted to catch a shark. Five minutes later, a shark, albeit a small one, was on the line. I wonder if I have the same power with the game tonight: I want Michigan to win. Guess we'll find out.
So it is Good Friday, and the biggest Michigan basketball day in a generation or so. If I stay home, and Michigan loses, will it be my fault? If I go to church and Michigan wins, I will have missed it. If I watch the game in church on my cell phone, is that the worst of all options? These are not religious comments, just superstition where the rubber meets the road. I know we have some clergy on the board. Perhaps they have some advice.
Your church service is in the evening?
God is a Michigan Man

This game may come down to intangibles. How, uh, do our cheerleaders stack up (er, no pun intended) to theirs?
I'm a little surprised Oregon-Louisville got "top billing" (CBS) for our timeslot. I'd think Michigan-Kansas would draw more viewers.
And since the undercard in Louisville's region is better, they had to put both games on CBS.
AAHHAHAHAHAH!! That's how I feel right now about the game.
