Club Trillion on OSU Scandal
Interesting read from Club Trillion (Mark Titus) regarding the ongoing scandal down south.

are sarcastic, not real. If you have read every blog post from Titus, you'd know that he is a very sarcastic blogger.
I don't think he's being sarcastic in that he really doesn't think anything was going on. The entire post basically boils down to "I don't know anything special, but like every OSU student, I know football players drive fancy-ass cars." (Plus lots of stuff about how awesome the Indy 500 is.)
I'd say he's being irreverent, not sarcastic.
Without reading the link I'm just going to assume that Pryor was paid ONE TRILLION DOLLARS to come to OSU. By Dr. Evil.
Titus's article bounces back and forth more than Richard Simmons on amphetamines, but the thesis that the Deelz-On-Wheelz® scandal has the potential to eclipse the Tatts-For-Toys® scandal seems spot on.
The guy went to Ohio State. You were expecting Woodward & Bernstein?
making.
Great writing style.
and seemed very disorganized and like he switched topics every other sentence. More like a stream of consciousness.
I never read any of his stuff as he blew up since Simmons' pimped him.
But I like Titus' writing. Very similar to my style. Sometimes the flow gets caught up in the story telling. But he's funny (man it pains me to say that about a Buckeye), and his stuff is pretty easy to read.
I think anyone that bags on the kid for this article is either wearing their Maize colored glasses or is a total prick who is overly full of him/herself.
Or, you know, a person could just not like that style of writing or think the author is particularly talented.
Nope. Impossible.
I don't think so. Not a lot of charisma in the guy when you hear him talk.
How sad is it that Bill Simmons is frequently thrown around as the golden standard of contemporary writers?
I don't care where he went to school, that is some funny stuff.
If you look at the comments under his post, it looks like he already ruffled a few feathers.
He's getting Herbstreit'd.
Those responses were from two Bucknuts in full-on freak-out mode.
I liked Carl Weathers calling out the other commenter:
I SEE YOU TROLLIN', TERRELL.
If ever there were a guy who knew when a stew was goin'.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold the phone. There are two Turd Fergusons on the board?
Turd Ferguson, it's a funny name.. *chomps gum*
I do like the word gratuated...
At least he admits he was skeptical about the cars the football players were driving. I appreciate hearing this much more than the usual "DENY DENY DENY DENY" I hear from OSU supporters here in Cleveland.
are truly priceless. I love the guy that "gratuated" (wrote it at least twice that way) in the Top 10% of his class at osu.
He also used the word "while" instead of "well" and he used "are" instead of "our" etc. I could go on but what's the point?
He just spelled them words diffrently then most would.
*wood.
There is a strong possibility that it was written that poorly "purr-pussly"
If not that is just two, er to, er too (there it is) funny.
EDIT: Sorry about the redundancy of my post. I started writing the comment an hour or so ago but got distracted by work.
There is no way that comment is legit. That's clearly a spoof.
Trying to act like OSU is some JUCO-quality institution just makes us look insecure.
It's just kind of funny?
No, I agree, we should take everything super seriously.
Not at the Indy 500. Not since about the mid-80s. No longer an event meaningul enough to draw out quality whoo girls
Just incorrect. The quality of woman at the Indy 500 hasn't changed. They've always been wonderfully white trash and they'll (hopefully) always be wonderfully white trash.
As amusing as it was, there is no way that the comments by 'the gratuate' was written seriously. I highly suspect that its author may in fact be an mgoblogger. And if so, I applaud that author.
Funny stuff.
The grammar in this comment goes to show you just how valuable a degree is from osu:
Im an proud graduate(1999) of The Ohio State University and I must say I don't agree the NCAA will find anything out. So a few player's got discounts on cars? While, alot of people get discounts on cars. So what. You should be proud of the University you gratuated from and not be so sarcastic on them. I love The Ohio State University and I would never say anything remotly bad about my University. I hope you will consider doing the same thing. Us gratuates have to stick together. Alot of other programs look the other way when things like this happen so its not like we are any diffrently then other programs it just so happens we got caught with are pants down so to speak. I will always be proud of my acomplishments at OSU(gratuated top 10% of my class) and I hope you always will to. In brotherhood, Lee Kuhlman
This guy has to be trolling...
He double posted that too.
edit: nevermind, just a guy replying to it. I blame the shitty formatting of the site.
when I was on my basketball scholarship for my first two years at Ohio State, I was only given $1,100 a month. That might sound like a lot of money at first thought, but you have to realize that these checks had to cover the monthly cost of rent, utilities, food, gas, entertainment, tattoos, trips to the strip club, bottles off the top shelf, weed, hookers, blow, and – on top of all of that – child support
Too funny
Here is the one I feel to be the most eloquent:
you don't know Jack - Sh!T .....keep your mouth shut and put your a$$ back on the bench..... If you don't know .....keep you punk mouth shut.It sounds like denial is still in fashion among many TSIO fans.
I can personally attest to seeing Jamaal Berry and Boom Herron driving ABE Dodge Avengers (not sure where Titus got Chargers, they're Avengers) around campus. I don't know if they paid for them, but my best friend in high school had the exact same car and his family wasn't exactly the richest, so it's possible that they can afford the cars, but it's also possible they were given discounts.
Anything's possible.
"everyone is cyclical" in the comments
the OP might want to read some of Titus' work. Its actually a hilariously funny and sarcastic blog.
