"He's a hard worker, and he watched me and Tim (Hardaway Jr.) and Nik (Stauksas) put work in to become (first-round picks), and I'm just happy he's getting better," Burke said. "It's great for the program, too. It shows what type of program the University of Michigan is and the direction it continues to go in."

11-1 this year followed by 15-0 next year.....
|1 week 2 hours ago||about time||

|1 week 7 hours ago||yup||
I've been saying 11-1 for the last 3 months....
|2 weeks 8 hours ago||EASY....||
Jabril Unf-cking Believable Peppers!!!!!
|3 weeks 2 hours ago||excellent question||
but here is how I come up with 11-1...I think last year's clusterF team would go 8-4 with this year's schedule. Nuss wins one game by not having a clusterF offense. Mattison installing a MSU style balls to the wall defense adds another win...and finally 5'11" or 6' 1" Jabril Peppers wins one game that we otherwise would have lost....So you see, I am not naming games....just looking at the big picture
|3 weeks 4 hours ago||yes sorry||
my first post...any idea on how to change that?
|3 weeks 5 hours ago||Not just him...||
In the last episode, Coach Hoke had the "geekiness" thing going on too...I think they know something...and that something is 11-1.....watch and learn!!
|3 weeks 5 days ago||Agreed||
Its not like you see 4.3 burners out there for them
|4 weeks 4 days ago||Grant Newsome||
This kid is the real deal and the fact that Chris Clark is talking to him and making good friends with him makes me feel good and not worried about a decommittment. I like that Chris also brings up "after football"....Damn I wish DaShawn Hand could have thought like this.....oh well....
|4 weeks 4 days ago||hmmm let's see||
leaving work today to play Radrick....playing Radrick tomorrow and then driving over to GR to play 36 at Egypt Valley....pretty good weekend....Oh yeah and just a "little" beer
|4 weeks 4 days ago||Hahaha...I knew it||
11-1....10th time I've posted this...Jabril is going to "change" 2 games this year from losses to wins...and hearing about Mone...WOW!...Coach looks so frickin geeked.....we are the sleeper team this year....mark my words (in Ben Crenshaw voice)
|4 weeks 5 days ago||awesomeness||
TE's are so damn important in winning team's offenses! Yes
|4 weeks 6 days ago||Richard Sherman||
He is the prototype...Hence here is my starting group
CB: Lewis, Stribling
Safeties: Peppers, Wilson
|4 weeks 6 days ago||Ha||
my 10th grade year I went to see him open for Peter Frampton...I thought he was better...but ummm, that was when "Frampton Comes ALive" came out and Frampton blew him away crowd wise....
|4 weeks 6 days ago||11-1||
Ive said it before and now again....this kid will win at least one game and probably 2 that we would have lost last year...HE IS ALL THAT!!!
|5 weeks 2 hours ago||I snickered as well!!!||

and definitely can give different results...also, you could keep increasing after drinking up to a half hour later
|5 weeks 4 days ago||The Excalibur||
I currently own the building and have for several years....I have no idea if Les banged Moeller or Carr's wife....But I know what happened at the Excalibur....Excalibur was a hangout for Michigan coaches. At that time it was a well-respected steak place and "lounge"...It always had entertainment and alot of bigwigs would go there. The lounge area attracted some of the Detroit area's biggest movers and shakers which of course meant lots of women (including many that got paid).
Coach M and his wife went to The X for dinner as they and many other coaches/wives did from time to time. At dinner, they started fighting. No idea about what. Coach M was not a "good drinker" and started to drink. His wife meanwhile starting dancing on the dance floor with either one or more other men...Coach obviously was pissed and also very drunk and started his "tantrum"...The waitress (whom I had under my employment) told the bartender (whom I had under my employment) to cut him off. The GM (whom I had under my employment) could not control Coach M...the cops were called....thats where the tape came from....end of story
|5 weeks 5 days ago||11-1||
I said this awhile ago...I see us going 11-1....last year's goofball team would go 8-4 with this year's easier schedule...Nuss will win one extra game, aggressive defense scheme will win one extra game and JABRILL PEPPERS will win one extra game....PRESTO...11-1!!! thanks Jabrill
|7 weeks 6 days ago||Rely on the Defense||
Make that defense aggressive and LOOK out...I think Peppers will "turn" one game from a loss to a win and this defense will be as good as 2011. Nuss' only job is to make the offense NOT a clusterF...I see 10 wins at least and here is how.... Take last year's goofball team against this year's easier schedule...8-4 this year versus 7-5 last year. Add one game from Peppers (e.g. he played CB instead of Stribling in PSU game), one game from no clusterF offense (e.g. Iowa game in second half), and one game from aggressive defense (e.g. OSU game) and POOF...11 wins....I'm sticking to it...
|7 weeks 6 days ago||I went in||
with super high expectations and they were exceeded!!
Played Nairn, Castle Stuart, Royal Dornoch, Royal Aberdeen, Trump, St Andrews new then old, Carnoustie, Kingsbarns, Prestwick, Troon, Portland and finally Turnberry
|8 weeks 4 days ago||The Defense is key||
If Matteson sticks to the "new" aggressive strategy and lets Peppers dominates like I know he can...Look out, 10-12 wins are possible. Nuss will keep the offense from being a total clusterF and rely on D. I mean Sparty did this last year and look what they did.....
|8 weeks 4 days ago||THIS||
times 1000...Jabril and the "new" defense as well as Nuss will get us to 10 or 11 wins
|9 weeks 1 day ago||THIS||
I do not think everyone understands the impact Jabril will have....HE IS THAT IMPORTANT!!!!
|9 weeks 2 days ago||I'm loving this from||
Troon Scotland...on my bucket list golf trip!!!
|11 weeks 5 days ago||11-1||
Here is how I see it. Special teams should be above average (maybe even exceptional with a certain recruit on returns). The offense becomes OK with a decent running attack (i.e. minimal losses) and Devin plays good with decent receivers. The difference is our defense...While most of you guys were bitching about the offense last year...I wanted our defense to be 1997 us or 2013 MSU...That is, WIN THE GAME BY YOURSELF!...unfortunately Hoke/Mattison played it soft or maybe they had to...with the changes made this year (Ryan to MLB, coaching changes, Lewis starting at corner, and most importantly a certain prospect coming in) I see a defense that will win the 9 non-rival games and win 2 of the 3 rival games...It would be great to win our division with that...but that part we will wait and see....should be a fun year...Plus I am going to both the ND and OSU games...so lets hope we win both of those, I have a perfect track record on away games I have attended
|12 weeks 1 day ago||OSU||
I will finally go to the Horsesh-t shoe for the first time this year at the tender age of 53. I hate OSU and always will...MSU is just a dislike...
|14 weeks 5 days ago||hmmm||
I think Dantonio is the number 2 coach in the country...i think he took at least 5 years to get to a conference title....
|15 weeks 4 days ago||Not Me||
I see plenty of scenarios where they do...like 2015 or 2016 when our entire team is Juniors and sensiors and sprinkle in the Peppers and Damian Harris of the world. Mattison coaches defense like he is suppose to and Nuss coaches like a madman...Actually, If we are not in the playoff by 2016, I will be surprized.....
edit: oops missed the joke about getting "BAMA"s Nat C
|15 weeks 6 days ago||SO AGREE...||
It's almost like everyone forgot that the ONLY National Championship we won since the 40's was basically all defense! Forget about offense, play defense like MSU last year or us in 97...thats all I care about....
