| 36 weeks 5 days ago | yes finally |
I particularly meant #44....he played last year ALOT and was totally a piece of S....FINALLY he got benched |
| 36 weeks 5 days ago | where we should be |
almost all the teams in college football are close with a few notable exceptions (bama, USC, LSU, etc.). Us being 17th makes sense....I still think we will be the B1G champ as long as Denard throws well..... |
| 36 weeks 5 days ago | snowflake |
singular
1) the inside LBs got changed to Bolden and Ross...FINALLY!!!
Actually, I think overall we will be fine. The Defense had two tough tests but the rest won't be as difficult especially with the new inside LBs (although I think the countess injury is a big deal). This team will go only as far as Denard can throw. Funchess, Gardner and gallon make for a solid WR/TE core...the better teams (i.e. MSU, Ohio, etc...) will only allow Denard to throw...if he can, then we win the B1G...otherwise 7-5 or 8-4 |
| 37 weeks 5 days ago | fair enough |
I was really talking about the LBs, they were simply terrible |
| 37 weeks 5 days ago | positives and negatives |
Positives 1) Gallon - he is the only guy on the team that looked like he belonged playing against BAMA 2) Shane Morris is on the way - football is about QB QB QB QB QB QB!!! 3) Countess is THAT GOOD!!! 4) ummm, yeah BWC I guess
Negatives 1) #44 is the worst linebacker I have ever seen 2) horrible tackling 3) Denard's "throwing" 4) Vincent Smith's and Rawls running 5) Mr Penalty Taylor Lewan

these guys are the best in the nation! |
| 40 weeks 3 days ago | lots of stats |
look, I am a firm believer (backed up by data) that the whole drunk driving thing is wayyyy overblown and done for the money of it...the original founder of "MADD" quit when the organization wanted to push for 0.08 throughout the country...if you analyze the stats per year only about 500 people a year in the USA get killed by a drunk driver who are not in the car of the drunk driver (i.e. a REAL victim). The drunk driver who dies or any passenger with him is sort of like a Darwin event. SO in Michigan we are talking about ~10 deaths a year for innocent people...yet the DUI business in Michigan is about 2 Billion between fines, lawyers, MADD's "cut", etc....I am not saying that drunk drivers should be off the hook, but 0.08 is silly, I would prefer 0.12 |
| 40 weeks 3 days ago | I work in the auto safety industry |
0.12 is not even a big deal...cell phone usage is basically like being .12 (U of TOronto study)...the law of 0.08 is in place to create money, not safety |
| 43 weeks 1 day ago | Great to hear |
His uncle is a great friend of mine |
| 46 weeks 2 hours ago | wow |
much ado about nothing......a kid acting like a kid....trust me I had a kid go through this and he was changing his mind every minute and everytime some other kid told him about something...he changed again...In Dawson's case he also has his loss to deal with.... |
| 46 weeks 5 hours ago | my take |
is that he is not gonna announce and visit OkST at least.... |
| 46 weeks 5 days ago | AWESOME! |
you guys remeber that too! It is why they walked off because instead of being a gracious WINNER...Jordan had to be a total D-ck the night before....it reminds me of how EVERYONE forgets in 2000, Tiger was using the new Nike ball that was like the Titelist Pro-V1 but Titelist's Pro-V1 hadn't come out yet! Most of the other golfers were using the Titelist Professional ball which was so inferior its scarey. It doesn't mean that Tiger isn't great or whatever, but please, that ball was gigantic.... |
| 46 weeks 6 days ago | thats a really good one too! |
thats a really good one too! I loved Gary Moeller and wish he was coach forever....he showed why that game |
| 46 weeks 6 days ago | Ive been to a bunch and watched a bunch |
But only two really matter
1) 1998 - we won it all and Chuckie was the man the entire year
2) 1986 - we beat a damn good Nebraska team and we ended up #2 but we were the #1 team in the land
I personally hated the 1973 Rose Bowl where Jim Plunkett beat us...I think that bowl screwed Bo up in all bowl games.... |
