I think it is implied that the NBA version of Stauskas would shoot NBA threes. The college version of Curry would shoot.... college threes. Stauskas/College = Curry/NBA. He isn't even saying Stauskas will be as good as Curry in the NBA. Just one of those anologies. Really just saying that Curry is on another level and since its his full time job to drain three's he will most likely smoke Stauskas at any 3 point competition |

I live in LA and work in the entertainment industry. I worked in casting for the last 4+ years and I had the pleasure of running into Jarrod every once in a while at the casting studio I worked at. I would wear a Michigan hat or shirt a lot and he would always stop to talk to me about Michigan sports. He is a real class act and a genuinely nice guy and its great to see him succeeding. He is only hitting the surface of his potential and I really think he will have a great acting career. Go Blue! |

He is going to be the next Justin Timberlake. His music is still mass produced but in the grand scheme of things he will be thought of much more in the same light as Usher or JT and not the Jonas Brothers or other cotton candy teen pop. Doesn't mean I like his music but I can understand why 18 year old Stauskas does. |

Do you really think any of these 18-23 year olds would agree with you? Are they too young to be able to deal with criticism? I bet they would find that offensive. Its one thing to attack their character or something but do you really think they care that a website said their on field performance was not up to par? They care what their coaches think. Go protest a spelling bee man... Some feelings are getting hurt there. |

Brian talked about this in the Iowa post game but can you imagine an inverted veer with Devin at QB and Denard at RB but with Denard having the option to pass when coming around the edge? I am just hoping that Denard's arm is good enough for some worst waldo opportunities. It finally seems like with this combo we can really put pressure on their safeties to either A) committ to the run and be vulnerable on a worst waldo type play or B) respect the pass and be vulernable against Denard in space with the ball in his hands. |

Everything makes sense to me in this picture pages except I have one question regarding the video of the Kovacs stop on the option from last year. Did he switch to 32 for that game only? I have always thought of him as number 11 and he was wearing 32 in last years Northwestern game. Did anyone else notice that? |

Also from the Nebraska Def UFR last year: Jake Ryan candle count? Getting up there. If 16 is the maximum number of candles Jake Ryan can have I'd say he's gone from a 4 or 5 early in the year to 10 around now. Ryan with another couple candles is All Big Ten.
How many candles does he have now? 13? Can we bring back the Jack Ryan candle count? Also, is calling him Jack Lion out of the question? |
