DeChambeau is an unusual golfer for sure and it comes out in how he handles himself on the course. I could see how he could ruffle some feathers.
Interesting fun fact. DeChambeau’s irons are all the same length and have the same set angle. The only difference between his irons is the loft.

I'm a Bryson hater, and the reason I don't like him is that he gets portrayed and portrays himself as this ground breaking genius. He even has special words for things he factors into golf shots instead of simply saying things like "wind, lie angle, elevation change," and so forth. He also called Augusta National a Par 67 for him, and since that comment has only shot 67 once.

They are both kind of Aholes. Hard to know who to root for in this douche-on-douche crime.
The fact that he insists on metal cleats is enough for me to think this guy is a giant douche.
This is good for the game. Without Tiger, golf needs some storylines to draw interest - interpersonal drama will do. I once told my wife that Phil recently cheated on his wife who had breast cancer so that she would sit and watch a tournament with me (she sat there fuming, rooting for Phil to fail). I later admitted that Phil was a good guy but she cannot think of him as anything but a dirt bag after that.
Tiger isn't the driver he used to be.

I think I posted about this before but I saw a vid of Mickelson dishing about crazy stuff he had seen during his career and at one tournament someone had pooped in the sixth hole. You'll *never* guess what city it was in.

Did not know that about the Buick Open, even though I lived in Flint for a few years. Then again, I don't golf.
Anyways, what I was hinting at was the Jakc Nicklaus Memorial in Columbus, where toilet seats are stadia and coolers (as well as golf holes, apparently) are toilets.

Koepka shouldn't let Dechambeau bother him and just concentrate on his own game. Dechambeau is a 'bag and that's the way it is. All the crap he does doesn't translate to major wins like Koepka has, so it's really nothing significant.
Huh? Since he hulked up Bryson has 1 major. During that time Brooks has zero.
Which doesn't take away from Brooks having won multiple majors, but dismissing what Bryson is doing is silly.
I don't really root for either one of these guys. Still, Dechambeau is tied for 10th since 2010 in PGA tour wins. So, while it's only 1 major he's significantly accomplished on the world stage -- especially considering he's done all of it over the past 5 years. Their results are both impressive.
Surely, the PGA did something like hire Vince McMahon to develop story lines to get people watching. This can't be real. Messing with Tiger's car, though...
Brooks used to be friendly with DJ- they used to work out together. Then before being paired together in the final round of a major, he said, well I've won 4 majors and he's won, what one?
I get people not liking Bryson, he's not a favorite of mine, but Koepka is the worst.
This. Bryson is very self-righteous but Brooks also has never hesitated to take uncalled-for shots at other golfers. I am going to think of this rivalry in the mindset of watching Michigan State play Ohio State. I hate them both, and I get to have the opportunity of watching one, if not both, of them lose.
Watched the latest video and social media stuff without knowing anything else about these guys and they both seem like total douchebags.

I didn’t think I was living under a rock for not following golf drama, but with your help I can get out from under this rock.
